NEED HELP - I'm Up To My Last Straw

OK, lets cut to the chase, here’s the deal —

I stopped doing PE b/c it wasn’t convenient to keep doing it. Took too much time out of my schedule at college, and with people around it’s hard to get it done.

But I’m back home, and so I have a small amount of time in the mornings, plus however long I need in the evening (plus I guess I can wear an ADS during work as long as it doesn’t show)

The reason why I wanna get back into it is b/c while I don’t think it’s healthy to be so over-conscious over your dick, lately I’ve been experiencing some “turtling” or shrinkage or however you wanna put it.

Maybe it’s due to over-masturbation (or HOW I’m masturbating — basically severe ballooning mixed with hard kegels), or stress, or lack of exercise and good diet (even though I’m naturally skinny), but I’m concerned b/c I’m usually close to or about 8 inches with at least average girth, and my whole thing is —- I feel like I’m not sporting the usual softies and hardons I know I have in the past. I’m not looking to make “gains” per say, just to get back to my normal size, and to have a healthy dick.

I’ve paroosed the site before, and just have a couple issues:

1.) I’m stopped masturbating (aside from the casual few minutes of “play”) the past few days, to give it some rest. I’m hoping in time this might help restore things to order. But I don’t know how long I should take it easy, and when I should take up PE again..

2.) My LOT is very low (last time I checked), but I don’t like stretching (and I don’t plan to). But I might not mind wearing a hangar or any other ADS at home.

3.) I don’t particularly like jelqing either, but I am open to doing it whenever I’m in the shower or bath (is water bad for it?) Also, I’ve never tried a cock ring or cable clamp, but I’m also willing to try. I certainly will try fowfers, since they’re relatively easy and “thought-free”.

Other than that, all I wanna say is, I’m NOT willing to put in Hours and Hours of PE. I’m not gonna try everything under the sun, b/c obsessing over my penis like that is just bad stuff. But I certainly will take strides to get a healthier, bigger penis, and as long as it’s realistic and convenient, I’ll def. Give it a go.

Any suggestions or answers will be GRATEFULLY accepted.

Is you goal mainly just to have a good flacid and nice hard erections and not neccessarily make any length/girth gains?

Just want to be clear before advising.

I’ve made temporary gains before, but they only came with an hour or more a day of manual work.

It’s one thing to lounge around wearing a hangar or something.

It’s another to work on your penis to the point where you’re actually killing hours of your day doing it.

It’s not that I wouldn’t accept a bigger penis. It’s that I know firsthand how long it takes and how much manual effort.

I’m not up for doing that nowadays.

So yes, all I really want, like you said Tool, is a good flaccid and nice hard erections, and a healthy, normal dick. If gains come (most likely girth), then yay. But I’m not expecting anything more than to get back to my “normal” size, and to know how NOT to “damage” it.

Thanks for that reply. 2 more questions (sorry should have asked before, my bad). How much time are you able to put in a day and are there any exercises you absolutely will not engage in?

As far as manual exercise, I COULD put in maybe 15 minutes TOPS in the morning, and however long in the evening (although like I said, I’d much rather put time into hanging out with friends, watching TV, or working out than obsessing over my dick).

As far as wearing an ADS device, I COULD wear one at work as long as it wasn’t clumsy or noticeable, and of course at home I could do it no matter what.

So all in all, I’d say I’d be willing to put in MAYBE a half hour of manual exercise every other day (or less), and however long of wearing a device as needed.

I wouldn’t say there’s anything I absolutely Won’t do.but as far as things like stretching, I def. Wouldn’t do it for extended periods of time (maybe at night in the bath for 10-15 mins but that’s it).

Right now I’m most worried about turtling and damaging my penis due to over-masturbation (or masturbation technique) as opposed to size gains.

I just wanna be the normal full-fledged 8 inches I usually am. Maximizing what I already have is what it’s all about.

I have no experience with ADS so I will let others comment on what you should do there. The AutoADS from AutoExtender looks like a good product so you might want to do a search on that here in the forums.

Here is my suggestion (based on my experience and study).

Drink tons of water everyday. Can’t emphasize this enough for good flaccid hang. Water, water, water!

15 minutes in the morning devote to a good kegel program. There are tons of methods and variations and you should work them all in over time. Once again use search to find specifics.

15 minutes in the evening alternate between one day doing jelqs (I prefer wet) and one day doing manual stretchs.

I would do this routine 5 days a week as opposed to every other day, but that ball is in your court.

If you were more conditioned I would also suggest pumping and clamping as both have greatly helped my flaccid and gave me rock hard erections but seeing as you are not well conditioned (and won’t be on this time table) I wouldn’t suggest it.

You should also read up on the various supplements for erection quality/flaccid and try some of the suggestions and see what works for you.

If you are getting good solid nightly/morning wood that is a good indicator that you are on the right path.

2.) Stretch straight up and out only, or just the whole Lot?

3.) I already take a multivitamin, and have taken L-Arginine before. But personally I feel like exercise while eating moderately healthy and getting enough sleep is good for bloodflow. I’m not overweight or old, and there’s only so much IMO a pill can do.

4.) I certainly will look up the kegel methods, but explain to me the jist of pumping and clamping, and the benefits and downfalls of both. I don’t wanna do anything hardcore that could risk damaging my dick.

5.) Any individual posters I should look out for as far as ADS devices are concerned?

Experiment with all types of levels. If you notice that doing a certain % helps (i.e. your erections are stronger) then make sure to use that level often.

Use all types of manual stretches. Experiment and see what works/feels best for you. If you have a good flaccid day then that is a good indicator of what is working well.

Well, your bloodflow is not good enough so you need to identify why and what may help. Obviously what you are doing is not working :)

The benefits of pumping and clamping are a long, fat, hard as a rock penis, the risks are injuries :)
Clamping especially is an advanced exercise and one that you should not attempt at your level.

Reference to this thread and your post in another related thread, I’d submit there’s nothing at all convenient about PE.

You want a bigger dick, then you have to be willing to put the time and effort into it, otherwise your just jerking yourself off, and wasting other people’s time.

If it was quick, easy, and convenient, every guy would be sporting a monster dick.

Stretching and Jelqing should definitely help with your erection challenges.
