Need help from girth gainers!

I’m a hard girth gainer. I’ve had a lot of luck with a “long rest” clamping routine. Meaning when I clamp I rest between sets for a long time. At least an hour between sets. I only clamp 1 or 2 times a day. But I clamp everyday. I have not experienced any fatigue or weak erections with this routine. The main reason I do this is because if I clamp 3 times with only a short rest I have always had a lot of fatigue. When I clamp it is intense. I usually sit for the first 3 minutes. Then I stand up when my legs crossed so I can squeeze even harder.

For the first time my girth is starting to increase. Even my girlfriend noticed the other day. She said “babe you’ve been so big and plump lately”.

So I never clamp back to back like most people do. I very rarely clamp 3 times day. But I do clamp at least 1 set daily. Everyone is different good luck.

I never thought of doing this. I’ll have to try and put some time in between my sets. Good idea.

I have really had a lot of luck with this. I also feel like along with letting your dick recover, it keeps it inflated and blown up on a more constantly.

You have to be aggressive. Put your dick under a lot of pressure and achieve maximum expansion.

Clamping. Erect bends. Squeezes.

But don’t break your dick.
