Hey all,
I’ve been going solid for about 2 weeks now. I just thought I’d post some findings. When I started I was 6.4 BPEL and 4.3 Girth, Not sure wether this is due to me not measuring and pressing as hard first up but now I’m 6.5 and 4.5.
Today was a day off and I tried to get an erection earlier and it felt like my penis had shrunk and was trying to push too much blood into itself. Then tonight I tried again with some porn and it was all good, so I guess it must have been still recovering.
Will kegels help a weak base ? I seem to have weak erections unless I’m directly stimulating it, but it seems that the base of my shaft is a little floppy , are kegels the answer ?
Any thoughts welcome.

Well, I believe that the first two weeks of PEing is a little tough. Your penis must have been very tired and he needs some more time to get used to your current routine. You’ll see a lot of changes, so don’t freak out :D

As you might have already known, you might face some loss of morning wood or some weak erection (not so long, just do more kegels).

Don’t worry too much, just remember never overdo it and thing is gonna be cool :D

Routine : Manual-V-Inverted V-JAI-BTC stretches (alot of stretches :D ). Wet Jelq, Pumping (once a week to maintain my girth)

Blame it onthe kegels, or blame it on the jelqs, but I swear the erections I got this weekend tried to rip through my skin, and don’t get me started on the orgasms and ejaculation force. Had my wife impressed with how hard they were. This could be a mind matter or due to the exercise, but after a week of exercise, with a four month break from first starting PEing, this is going to be a major boost to keep me going at it. Just lucky my wife accepts the fact that I spend over an hour a day stroking a stretching my stuff.
