my routine

well i’m half way into my second month and haven’t had any noticable gains yet. My routine consists of…

5 min warmup in shower
Fowfers 3x1 min.
Manual Stretch 3x30 secs. each direction (out, up, down, left, ride, and diagonally)
Dry Jelq 3*30 strokes each way (OK, overhand, both hands)
Kegels 4*50
Warmdown by putting dick between legs, which regulates heat

Does this seem like enough? Is there anything I can add or do different that will help me gain more. I noticed a fuller looking dick, but not any gains when it comes to measuring. Thanks for the help!

I also forgot to mention i do bed fowfers, but my dick usually falls out of place after about 15 minutes. I do this routine 1 day off 1 day off…i think im gonna try 2 or 3 days on 1 day off. And I also drink about 2 L of water a day, although I’m going for 4 L next month when schools out. Does anyone think i should add stretches such as inverted v or anything? Please post your opinions.
