Manual Stretch 3x30 secs. each direction (out, up, down, left, ride, and diagonally)
Dry Jelq 3*30 strokes each way (OK, overhand, both hands)
Warmdown by putting dick between legs, which regulates heat
Does this seem like enough? Is there anything I can add or do different that will help me gain more. I noticed a fuller looking dick, but not any gains when it comes to measuring. Thanks for the help!
