10 Min Break
Hang 10 Mins Again

Day 2,4,7
Warm Up Compress
Stretch Warmup
Clinching 10 Mins On
10 Mins Off
10 Mins On

Day 5 Rest

How Does This Look ?

I’d like to see you incorporate some mild jelking in there somewhere. Just start off slowly with it, add more strokes each day. What is “clinching”? If you mean clamping, DON’T yet.
