My routine.I just want girth

So I’ve been PEing for about two months on and off and I will start a new routine today.I’m am currently 5.8 NBPEL x 4.1 EG (I WANT BIG GIRTH!) :(

This is my new routine:
10 min warmup
200 wet jelqs every 50 I stop and do squeezes (ok grip at base ad ok grip just behind head and squeeze then hold for 10 sec)
Then 20 Ulis (basically jelq but stop half way and pump 5 times)

Do you think this is too much??

Stretches don’t hinder girth in any way. Do them.

Swap out wet jelqs for dry jelqing as dry jelqs are more girth related. And at what erection level do you jelq at?

Just be consistent and yes stretches help IMO.

The higher the erection the more your in the girth zone, don’t be scared just be careful if you feel anything weird or pain stop and wait to it passes.

@ Rudy,

Done properly high erection jelqs are one of the best manual exercises for targeting girth. But you need to have a decent amount of knowledge about how much stress you dick can take. Like Dino says if you feel any pain and stuff stop.

I also do two days on, one day off.should I do some edging? If so when?

Yeah it takes time to build up to get to the girth exercises you should start out with the newbie routine for a while then jelq at higher erection levels after the first few months then after maybe 4 or 5 months you could start clamping. It just takes time my man but here’s a tip get length first because length is harder to get once you get girth.

^^ I think length gets harder to gain once you past 6EG. Never had a problem gaining length until I past 6.
