Hi all

I have noticed that the past few days after a routine I have been experiencing negative PI’s. I am following the standard Noob routine that is prescribed. Only thing I can think of is that I don’t jelq hard enough. How firm is a good grip for someone with under a month of experience?

Start Feb 09: BPEL = 7", EG = 5"

Goal Aug 09: BPEL = 7.5", EG 5.25"

How long have you been doing the newbie routine? It says you’ve been a member since Nov -03.

Well, I joined and tried PE back in Nov 03, then fell off the wagon. My consistent routine has been a few weeks now.

Decreased PI’s
Decreased nite and morning wood

Neutral PIs;
-increased size temporarily, a few minutes to a couple hours

Many times after a workout, there is no swelling or “fuller” look. It just goes back to normal. What gives?

Going back to normal is well, very normal. Not everyone gets a better hang after workout. I’ve almost always had a regular look after workouts but still gained a little bit in my little amount of time that I’ve been consistent with it.

You´re pushing to hard, decrease your routine.
It happened the same to me, so I stopped, rested and started doing a linear newbie routine and the EQ went through the roof.

Can you still get a raging hard on? Or at least as much, or more of a hard on than pre-pe?

Also the increased sensations from pe usually leads to being more horny, which can lead to more masturbation, or sex - which will also affect your night and morning wood.

Make sure there is nothing your doing different than just the pe before claiming negative pi’s. Definitely don’t worry about hanging fuller, most guys claim flaccid size is hard to increase and I’ve found that to be true also. Don’t bank all your money on getting an increased flaccid hang from PE. It sucks, but I believe its a much harder gain to make.


I'm consistent in spurts, but gains are undeniable!

2007: BPEL 5.5" / MSEG 4.7" / BG 5.5"

2017: BPEL 6.8" / MSEG 5.3" / BG 6"

Take a day more of rest per week and see what it gives.

I adjusted my grip and saw a noticeable difference in head swelling. I shall try to observe this from now on.

Hi all

Ok, so I have noticed this every time i pee. My unit seems real spongy! It seems soft and very pliable. I remember pre PE, my unit would feel hard and a little tight. What do you make of this?
