My penis disappeared

Hey guys, I have problem. My penis retracts into my fat pad when I sit or bend over. It’s not as exaggerated as the title sounds.it’s just like my shaft scrunches all up & my head just sticks out.

It also points when I stand to the “point” where I don’t feel comfortable wearing gym shorts in the gym.

I think I’m average length.but when flaccid it seems tiny if I don’t pull it out & shake/stretch it a bit.

What exercises can I do to get rid of this problem?

PS: I think I had some operation that dealt with my penis when I was a toddler.I’m 23 now. Don’t have the “balls” to ask my parents what exactly that operation was for.

My dick can retract a lot - that’s the extreme, mine wasn’t always like that, but it happened sometimes. Regular manual stretching and jelqing has given me a flaccid that actually hangs. Once in a while it will retract, but usually not that much, and its pretty uncommon.

Everyone reacts differently though, try it and see what happens.

Hey man, I’ve had the same issue in the past. Even after I started PE it was still somewhat of a problem. Seemed like every time I did cardio I would turtle up like crazy.

It seemed like other times I had a great flaccid hang. My goal was to keep that all the time! (OBVIOUSLY!!)

What I’ve done that seems to have cured it for me is wearing an ADS for 4 or 5 hours a day. Now I’m positive that there are vets out there with far more knowledge than me on this subject, so you will want definitely want to take their advice more than mine, but I got 2 golf weights that I actually wear off and on most of the day, especially when I’m working out. You should probably check into something like that.

Do not worry about being a grower
I am a grower type also

But my jeans still have a nice bulge because of my large balls

I really do love the attention also!

My history with PE goes back for years (since 16), however consistency has always been a problem and I haven’t noticed any gains. I’m not sure if my lack of consistency is what is causing or making it worse. I’ve really only done jelqs for no more than 5-10 minutes in the shower. Stretching, I’ll stretch for like a couple minutes & then stop.probably not enough to do anything for me.

I’ll have to research what an ADS is or looks like, but it has to be something that I can wear under my clothes since I work during the day.

As far as being a grower.I guess yeah I wish I was a show-er but I really think that sometimes the retraction is so severe that even when pulling on it, it’s really tough & not stretchable & has caused me pain. I think it’s my ligament is super tight.it’s like it pulls me penis into my body so much it makes it point.

I really not concerned about how it looks on the outside to other people but it’s just uncomfortable for me.

Is there a way I can figure out any surgeries I’ve ever had as a child without going through my parents?

Tell your doctor you wish to look at all your medical records.

Nonstock2001.will any doctor be able to pull them up? I’m 23 now and don’t live in the same state when I was 4 or 5 or however old I think I had operation. REason I ask if any doctor can do it is cause I don’t have a doctor & avoid healthcare ever since it messed up my credit.

Do you remember the doctor or the hospital it was done at? That would be a good place to start.

I don’t think they keep records for ever. If you were 3 or 4 years old. They may not be required by law to still have them.

Definitely ask your dad. He won’t think anything weird by it, and it’s your right to know. YOU had surgery on YOUR body.

OK, thanks for replies again. I don’t want to turn this into a healthcare thread since it’s PE forum. I found out that it was just circumcision.

So what exercises are the best for a retracting flaccid?

Geetarman, you mentioned that even PE didn’t help your retraction but wearing an ADS (all day stretching) device did. What PE exercises were you doing that didn’t help you?

When I began in May, I was doing the newbie routine. It was great in that my EQ was better, it seemed like I was gaining, it was just that I would turtle throughout the day- especially when running.

From my research on here it seemed to me that turtling was bad. Just look at Big Girtha’s signature- “do everything and never let it turtle”. I mean he’s pretty much a legend on here, so I figure if that’s his motto it’s probably pretty good advice, right?

To sum up, starting PE was GREAT! I just wanted to give myself every advantage to grow, so I started wearing the ADS in addition to doing PE to stay nice and stretched out through the day.

I will second the value of using an ADS to give a better flaccid.
I started my PE career as a grower. I still think of myself as a grower because I don’t feel like I have much of a bulge in my pants, however, my flaccid usually is hanging around 5” npb now. Jelqing and stretching made a difference but the biggest change to my flaccid came when I started using the ADS.
Jelqing and stretching made a difference because that is how I gained an inch bpel. I then gained about an inch in girth through clamping.

All of the growth together adds up to a larger flaccid and larger erection. It took time and patience and just enjoying the journey.

Also, I would suggest that you work on the mental game. There is nothing wrong with it “pointing” out. If you can mentally accept that it is okay for your penis to be somewhat noticeable through your clothes it will help with your gains. The mental part of PE is just as important as the physical.

An ADS and the newbie routine would be your best bet.
