My jelq-problems :-(((((

Jelqing should be done with a 50-60% erect penis, but for me it’s very difficult to hold such an erection.

I can without problems jelq-dry complete erect, but I read that it’s dangerous.
And I can jelq complete flaccid without problems, but I read that complete flaccid jelqing doesn’t bring gains.

But with a middle erection it’s hardly possible, I can’t keep my penis at this level and my foreskin irritates me while I jelq.

What can I do?

The answer to this really lies with practise.

A tip though: If you can dry jelq at 100%, why not stop for a few seconds until you’re at 70-80% and carry on? Then if you go back to 100% take another short break. You should be able to build up some control.

When you say you’re jelqing completely flaccid, do you feel any expansion at all?

Finally, how exactly is your foreskin irritating you?

To answer your question, what you can do is keep posting. With some more information from you we should be able to give you some decent pointers. After that all that should be necessary is some experimentation from yourself.

I have the same problem. I have to concentrate on past erotic experiences to keep a semi-hardon. Pulling on my dick without erotic stimulation does not keep my dick engorged with enough blood for effective jelqing. It was difficult to find enough quiet, private time to do the jelqs.

So, I decided to buy a pump and now substitute the pump for the jelqs. From what I’ve read, jelqing and pumping are more girth related exercises, though you will likely gain length from them, too. I still do manual stretches for length and ADS with a TheraWrap when possible.

I can’t say if my decision is right because I need more time to see how well it works for me. I only offer it for your consideration.

I’ll give my input, since it used to happen to me.

First I ask, do you sit or stand while jelq’ing? I used to stand up and have issues holding erections, with all the strain of standing around for about 30 mins after stretching for some amount of time and trying to concentrate on jelqs. I then started jelq’ing in sitting positions and found I could hold my erections longer through jelq sessions.

Then there’s always the route of using visuals, which comes in handy when erections subside. When I start to lose my erection levels, I take a look at whatever it is I have (usually my handy laptop :) ) and then go back to concentrating on jelq’ing.

I tried it, jelqing dry is for me the perfect way to get an erection :-( (( and so It don’t takes long until I get a new full erection.
If I jelq dry I get an really strong expansion and and a very big glans, but I’m afraid of thromobisis.

I “trip over” my foreskin. If I jelq, I stretch the foreskin with every jelq further and it slipes under my hand.

If I don’t live at my parents I would maybe buy one two, but in my town we have no such shop and via internet I can’t buy, my parents would open it when it arrives.

I tried both, when I jelqed dry I’m used to sit.
