My goal, routine and your thought on it

This is my first topic with routine, goal and what not.

I joined this place halfway through 2012, but I didn’t really pick up PE before october, and even then I was just dicking around and getting the hang of it. I decided to take it up in December, ended up overtraining hard and got a trombosed vein in return. 2 week rest and I was healed and confident enough to start again the 4th of January.

My measurements as of 17th october 2012 was:

BPEL: 19cm/7.5inch
EL: 18cm/7.1inch
EG: 15.2~cm/6inch

I rounded the inch a tiny bit to avoid too many numbers.

I measured again the 4th of january and the numbers still fit. I did not expect to have gained anything from 2 weeks of overtraining. So I started again in January, jelqing and stretching. Did error and trial as to what really fit me, and I ended up with.

5-10min warm up
15min stretch, mostly down and straight out
5-10min warm up
15min jelq, 3-5 second strokes, and to finish the jelq I create a clamp with my fingers at the root of the penis and kegel in blood and hold for something like 30sec to fill every corner out with blood.
Then I wash off in a hot shower.

I do this twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening before bed.

I aim to do 2 rest days a week, but for now I will exercise till I feel a nice fatigue and then take the following day off.

What I hope to gain through this routine is an inch in length. To break the 8x6 measure. If girth measure goes up as well, I will welcome it. Luckily I start out with fair amounts of length and girth, so hopefully it wont take an entire lifetime.

Thoughts on this?

I would cut jelqs for sure, since you have already enough girth (if I understand your goals correctlu). 15 minutes of stretcing is also enough to see gains, but if you are willing to do it, go for it. I’d do 2 on/1 off anyway, 5 days per week is a bit too taxating. You are coming from an injury, don’t do again the same mistake.

Aight. Right now I have loads of spare time. I’ll set for 2 days on 1 off. And only do 15 minutes of jelqing and 15min of stretching for the next couple of weeks. I’ll then consider adding a morning stretch as well.

I wouldn’t mind getting girth, but it’s not the main goal. If jelqing gives some girth and aids getting length, I will do it for sure. It makes me a little sad that for me, right now, it would be unwise to jelq that much, because I absolutely love the pump.

Jelqs is the backbone of PE. But as anything else, more is not always better.

Must be right. It just sucks having to wait and do ‘little’ when I am so eager.

Maybe start with 5 minutes of jelqs and add a minute each week and see how things go. Considering you have huge girth already I would only jelq to give good EQ. This approach, light as it may sound will probably get you girth gains anyway. Typically many guys over-train in the beginning when only a light stimulus is needed to induce growth.

I could try lowering the amount of time I spend jelqing, though I get good PI with 15 min. No problem getting erections, high EQ and a more full and plumb hang.

It’s a funny thing with this girth, the girls I have been with, it has been not been “holy shit that is big”, but more of a relaxed take on it. Never had problems getting in where it’s warm.

You are doing it twice a day? That seems a bit excessive. What have been your gains?

Well, I started the 4th of january, just jelqing and stretching trying to figure how much I could take on. I did not do it twice a day from the 4th untill now. I’m not sure if I have gained a little or I just sport a better erection. I think it’s far too early for me to look for real gains.

Considering you started on the 4th, twice a day is a bit excessive in my opinion. You can gain with less and the conditioning you are doing to your penis my just toughen it up quicker and slow your gains.

Yeah. I cut back on it and stick to stretching and jelqing one session a day.

I’m not totally new to this, i was playing around in november/december as well, but i ended up injuring myself, and I wish to avoid that again at all cost!

November/December…that is still new. You injured yourself because of poor conditioning and doing too much. The first few month are crucial for long term effective PE gains. Remember this is a marathon not a sprint.

Yeah, I overdid it waay bad in december, and I see that perfectly. It may not even work for me, but I’m so eager to get on with it. I haven’t felt this in a long time. I love jelqing!
