My goal, routine and your thought on it

This is my first topic with routine, goal and what not.
I joined this place halfway through 2012, but I didn’t really pick up PE before october, and even then I was just dicking around and getting the hang of it. I decided to take it up in December, ended up overtraining hard and got a trombosed vein in return. 2 week rest and I was healed and confident enough to start again the 4th of January.
My measurements as of 17th october 2012 was:
BPEL: 19cm/7.5inch
EL: 18cm/7.1inch
EG: 15.2~cm/6inch
I rounded the inch a tiny bit to avoid too many numbers.
I measured again the 4th of january and the numbers still fit. I did not expect to have gained anything from 2 weeks of overtraining. So I started again in January, jelqing and stretching. Did error and trial as to what really fit me, and I ended up with.
5-10min warm up
15min stretch, mostly down and straight out

15min jelq, 3-5 second strokes, and to finish the jelq I create a clamp with my fingers at the root of the penis and kegel in blood and hold for something like 30sec to fill every corner out with blood.
Then I wash off in a hot shower.
I do this twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening before bed.
I aim to do 2 rest days a week, but for now I will exercise till I feel a nice fatigue and then take the following day off.
What I hope to gain through this routine is an inch in length. To break the 8x6 measure. If girth measure goes up as well, I will welcome it. Luckily I start out with fair amounts of length and girth, so hopefully it wont take an entire lifetime.
