It will work if you have patience and not get over zealous in your workouts.
Then is the question, when could I perhaps hope to reach the 1inch gain mark. Some seem to get there with in 6 months, others a year. It makes me both happy and sad to know my PE journy isn’t much longer. I will never stop completely, rather spend a few minutes here and there than see my gains go away.
That is hard to say, everybody is different in how the exercises effect their gains but that is also because everyone does them a little bit differently. Just look at all the variables in the same exercise:
Technique Consistency Pressure/intensity Rest
This doesn’t include other factors like diet/health.: Food (processed foods vs eating healthy) Vitamins Alcohol consumption Exercise/cardio
Mental aspect: Positive thinking Law of Attraction Faith Determination
Right now I’m on pace for 1/2” gain in 2 months and at least 1/8” (<— measured girth today) gain in girth with great possibilities of 3/16” but hopefully 1/4”.
Does that mean I will gain an inch in length in 4 months? I doubt it. I’m just enjoying what I’m gaining and accepting what I get.
You are asking the wrong question. The real question is: how long does it take me to gain one inch without injuries?
To that I know the answer: only your dick knows! But please stop thinking in months and putting yourself under unnecessary pressure on the time axis.
I would say, do half of the intensity you do now, especially never more than once a day, and your dick will reward you with stable, steady and sane growth. Probably not as fast as you wish, but in good health!
