My girth is smaller than anybody here

I see girth measurements of 5” and 5.75” all the time here.. Mine is only 4”. My BPEL is 7”. What is the best exercise to make the best girth gains?

This is where you want to start.
You are what we call newbies, your new to PE right?

Gather data, then begin the newbie routine, for two or three months.

You may gain length and girth with that routine, but it’s the best routine to get you conditioned. You do not want to over do it, or you may end up posting in the injury forum.
The injury forum is good reading anyway, learn from others mistakes.

Started: 7-01-05 BPEL 6.50 in NBP 6.00 EG 4.75 in Now: BPEL 7.5 in NBP 7.0 EG 5 inch (midshaft) Goal: Girth!!

From my experience clamping, jelqing and pumping. You’ll get more length too, but you’ll get more girth.

I’ve read around that clamping can hinder length gains.. Should I start clamping even though I still have about an inch to go to reach my length goals?

You might even gain an inch by clamping , jelqing, pumping.I gained an inch in length just by stretching and jelqing.. But I would go with getting length first as it’s easier to stretch before you get a big thick monster. GOOD LUCK!

I’ve been doing jelqing/stretching for a couple months now.. I gained about 1 and 1/4 inches by doing these alone. Right now my girth isn’t too great, and I would just like to see my girth to start catching up with my length gains. Only thing is, I don’t want to halt my length gains by jumping into the clamping too soon. One thing I’ve learned is to be patient, even though I saw fairly quick length gains (about 3-4 months to gain the 1 1/4 ins) I haven’t seen any girth gains at all. Also, about how tight should a clamp be when clamping.. I’ve read on this stuff, I just want to get a person to person response (don’t know why, but I guess it just seems safer to ask ).. Thanks.

I’m no expert or veteran, but I’ve read around here a pretty good amount and, although I recognize that the convention is length first and then girth, I’m not convinced it needs to be sa hard and fast rule. The way I see it is that the restrictions on growth are ligs and tunica. Gaining girth doesn’t affect the ligs in any way, so gains in length in ligs (which is probably very large share of length increases people see) would still be completely available even if girth increases were to totally halt tunica lengthening. However, not only do I not think that girth increases could ever halt tinuca lengthening, I think it could only make tunica lengthening tougher to a smaller degree than maybe people assume. This is because the tunica cross section only goes up in pretty much linear proportion to girth increase. It’s only an outside layer of penis structure — the volume inside of the tunica is soft spongy stuff that’s more than happy to grow larger. So, for example, if you were to go from 5” to 6” girth, the amount of tunica resisting stretching would only be 20% greater. This to me means length increases would basically take something like 20% more time or 20% more force, but that’s it. And that’s for after you’ve arrived at 6”. If you were to work both at the same time, then during that process it would probably average out to being 10% tougher.

So that’s how I look at the basic physics of things. I may be leaving out all kinds of factors or be wrong in some of the assumptions I made but I’m pretty confident this is reasonable way of looking at things.

With this in mind, I have decided that the best approach is to work on both at the same time. I basically just think that this is the way to get the highest overall penis growth. Another reason I have decided to do them both unstaggered, is that girth is the more important of the two for making the women have orgasms. Thus, it is the one of the two that makes the women want you more. This is only ever a good thing, and the earlier that benefit is reap able the better. That the simultaneous approach means better results with the ladies earlier, is something that is of very significant value to me. I would love to see a thorough debate on this topic though.

I would recommend clamping and PowerJelqing unless your a newbie. However( and here comes a different opinion) I’m not convinced that one should do just length exercises before they start working on girth especially a guy like you that have what I would say is a unproposional ( just my opinion ) dick. I myself have 7” * 5” and looking at it I think it looks really thin. And since I have some experience with it I know that girth is really hard for me but not length so I think it is better to try different exercises and see how your unit reacts because you don’t want to end up with 8” * 4” :)

Don’t worry you are not alone, I am currently at 4.4ins girth or thereabouts and I started smaller. I have often been worried about the lack of people claiming to be in the 4 inch girth range, I guess some people are to shy to admit it. Like you I also have what dickalicious called a somewhat disproportionate penis, mine is just over 7ins BPEL. I guess that just means we have less length work to do!!

Personally, I am working my way up to doing clamping to really target girth, although I want a bit more length, I feel it can wait.

Keep at it and you’ll be above average and then huge eventually. From what I see here it is possible, just remember to take it slow to prevent injury. No point having a big one if you can’t use it! Listen to the vets, their knowledge is invaluable.
