My first week Story and some Q's

First of all I’d like to say that I’m really impressed by the community and the amount of information that is on this website. This past week has been my first, and I’d like to keep it going for as long as I can.

I sought out PE after having a conversation with my girlfriend.

This was about two weeks ago. We had just started watching Inglorious Basterds, a common aphrodisiac, as we Netflix’d and chilled on her couch. We started getting a little frisky and the rest is implied. The credits started to roll and we cooled naked in the summer heat. I laid, sprawled out on the couch as I looked at my girl laying on the floor with her ass up. After one of the best sessions we’ve had so far I got a little cocky, no pun intended, and asked her about my dick. She turned around, leaned on the wall and asked me why. I’m generally a pretty straight-forward person, so I just asked if she’s had anything bigger. Now.. In retrospect, I wish I didn’t do that, but here we are now. The following conversation was the “he was bigger” and “I like you for you” sort and I know that I shouldn’t be upset.. And I’m not!

But.. I can’t seem to shake the feeling of being insecure every time she looks at my dick. I really didn’t like that feeling so here I am now.

After looking at this thread for a week, I’ve tried to get a good grasp of the community and the generally accepted information going around. The newbie routine seems to be the safest/cheapest method people have made progress with. I see the questions of “Will I grow?” every other day and I suppose that’s a question I have, but I don’t really think anyone here has the answer to it.

The only real question I have is about a specific exercise on the newbie method. I don’t know if I am doing Wet Jelqs right. Sometimes it’s like I should be pressing harder, but I don’t know what pressure is safe. Do you guys squeeze as hard as you can? If not, at what pressure do you usually stay on to achieve results without injury. I don’t want to end up hurting myself and being in a worse position than I started.

Squeezing as hard as you can is not the way the exercise is done. You squeeze to a comfortable point, the ‘milking’ motion should have a feel of you forcing blood around the penis. But this should not require a deathgrip. Or produce numbness, tingling or cold.

This is the best way I can describe it. Also, check the videos on the front page. There’s a “Penis Enlargement Videos” forum link that has a good list of about 2 dozen exercises demonstrated.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

I would like to add what I have read here is that the masturbation grip would be better for jelqing.

Means you grip your unit the same way you would grip it while masturbating.

Also, even if you do not feel that you are pushing blood towards glans, still you are.

Many times its the feeling that I am not pushing blood and creating enough engorgement and thus I tend to squeeze harder.

But that is counterproductive.

Thanks for the reply, after looking at the videos I had better luck with it earlier today.

The good news is your here and as you’ve already seen there is a pleather of info here on how to grow. With that said no none of us can answer if you personally will grow, only that I personally have grown. I wish you the best on this dick growing journey

It works. You can hit plateaus and get frustrated, but same thing happens in the gym. Gotta keep le’ penis guessing! Deathgrip is more like the ULI exercise which most consider more extreme. When I jelq I do it so i feel the blood pushing through my penis and usually a side effect is it will get warmer after 20jelqs or so. You should see your head enlarge when you squeeze to jelq but it shouldn’t be painful or discomforting. If anything the jelq is tedious and is a reason why I usually blow it off. For me after 50 jelqs I’m bored lol.

As stated above this stuff works. The key is to be patient, be consistent, and believe. I highly recommend you get a good measurement now ( I like to average 3 days of measuring) and then don’t measure or compare again for 3 months. Commit to 90 days of proper diet, exercise, and of course PE. If you do that I think you’ll be hooked on all 3 for life. The reason I add diet and exercise is because proper blood flow and nutrition are vital to gaining, additionally you will reduce the fat pad around your penis for the quickest “gains” there are. Good luck and if you ever have questions just ask, one of us has either had the same question you have or have made the mistake youre considering making.

It works so do the work.

Just from personal experience, when I first started jelqing my hand position was wrong. I had my thumb running straight against the top of my penis as I was pulling forward. After doing this for a while I started to get a burning sensation while jelqing along the top of my dick and asked for help here. After taking a week or two off (I don’t remember how long, but long enough to not have that feeling ever again) I changed my hand position so that my thumb wasn’t running along the top of my dick while doing the jelqing motion. In hindsight I think I was just putting too much pressure on the dorsal nerve, but that’s just my guess.

So that’s my 2 cents, make sure you aren’t putting to much pressure straight against the top of your dick while jelqing. Also I would suggest to start with low pressure and as you get used to the motion you can increase the intensity.
