Hi, I’ve been coming to this site for a few weeks now.

I’ve just started the newbie routine and had a few questions.

1. Should I just to the newbie routine and that’s it?
2. Should I do any other things, like hanging or clamping etc.?
3. If I do the newbie routine 2days on /1 off .how long before you think I’ll see any gains?
4. I’m more a little bit more concerned about girth than length (even though I’d definitely like to get both), what are some good ways to get girth?
5. Are Kegals important?

Right now I’m 6” BPEL and 4.5” EG.I’m a fairly small guy (about 5’6” 130lbs.), is my girth and or length on the small side?

Any replies and answers would be greatly appreciated

There going to tell you to stick to the newbie routine for 1-3 months or until you stop seeing gains. Your “size” is right where I’m at, I don’t like my size but it gets the job done. =D

1. Stick with the newbie routine for now until your dick gets conditioned to PE.
2. Hold off on clamping and hanging until you max out your manual gains.
3. I started seeing gains after the first month.

Yup. We’re going to tell you to do the Newbie routine for a few months. This is to make sure that your penis is conditioned enough to potentially withstand the rigors of more advanced routines like hanging and clamping. Also to give yourself some time to learn the anatomy of your penis.

As to how long before you see gains, everyone is different. Focus on learning the routine, the anatomy, enjoy the better EQ, and enjoy the gains when they happen.

Personally, I think kegels are important.

As was mentioned, stick to the Newbie Routine for conditioning and to avoid injury. I just mentioned this in another thread. A lot of us experienced quick gains on the newbie. If you start the more advanced exercises you will plateau quickly. Take your time and do it right. Remember, consistency is the key to PE.

Quick question about Kegals.How hard do I do them?as hard as I possibly can?or just hard enough to stop urine flow? .I’ve heard to hold them for 5 long do I release for ? Another 5 sec? Or does it matter?

Any particular method of jelqing to focus on girth?
