What I’ve noticed by paying attention to my junk during PEing, are some key determining factors in growth. This is just what I’ve found, so if any of you have any input please let me know what you think.
I think noob gains are limited by your initial BPFSL. My BPFSL is about 8.25, and my BPEL when fully hard is 8”. While my bpel has grown, my bpfsl has not.
I think the key to stretching, at least in terms of ligs, is lig pops. Now, I pop my ligs before even beginning to stretch, and I haven’t done much trying to stretch the tunica because you don’t “feel” the results like you do with lig pops.
I still don’t know how to jelq right. I mean, I know the technique, but theres only been one time that I can recall when it really felt like there was a difference in girth and blood capacity the next day.
