What I’ve noticed by paying attention to my junk during PEing, are some key determining factors in growth. This is just what I’ve found, so if any of you have any input please let me know what you think.

I think noob gains are limited by your initial BPFSL. My BPFSL is about 8.25, and my BPEL when fully hard is 8”. While my bpel has grown, my bpfsl has not.

I think the key to stretching, at least in terms of ligs, is lig pops. Now, I pop my ligs before even beginning to stretch, and I haven’t done much trying to stretch the tunica because you don’t “feel” the results like you do with lig pops.

I still don’t know how to jelq right. I mean, I know the technique, but theres only been one time that I can recall when it really felt like there was a difference in girth and blood capacity the next day.

I think this is what iamaru was referring to; it’s well and good to propose your ideas, don’t claim them as “key determining factors in growth.”

Don’t give up anon, I have gained a good amount in bone pressed flaccid, over an inch.

It might help your jelqing if you keep a log of it. Try to describe how you did it in terms of erection level, amount of pressure, amount of time for each jelq, and of course the total amount of jelqs or time spent jelqing. That way when it feels right the next day, or even the day after, you will be able to remember how you jelqed and try to reproduce that feeling. I know I find it hard to remember exactly how I did it last night or the workout before that.

If you are concerned about privacy, start a “progress report” here in the progress reports section. It doesn’t have to be a report on your progress, it can just be a record for your reference that no one in the real world can accidentally find.
