Could you imagine it if everyone knew about PE. We’d all be walking around with 8-10” wangs. If you ask me it is a very important aspect of anyones PE routine.

I am a newbie, however, so you may want to take my words with a grain of salt.

Here is how I see it.. Jelqing can increase your girth by breaking various tissue walls inside the penis so that when they rebuild, it fills with more blood. It can also help increase your length because as your hand gets closer to your glands, more of a traction force is exerted on the ligaments within your penis.

An ADS, imo, will not add much girth, but having a constant stretch on your cock is going to make it longer.

The penis only contains one muscle, which, to my understand isn’t very large. This means most of the growth comes from ligament elongation along with various tissue rebuilding. Hence, I believe this instrument should be used!

Disagree, and for reasons cited here before. It’s common knowledge that eating less (and better) and exercising more will put you in better shape. How many out-of-shape people do you see walking down the street?

So PE can become common knowledge, for all I care. Of those who hear, how many will apply themselves with enough discipline to get results?

I have noticed some improvements as well. The first thing I noticed is that EQ has become more “rock hard” to the point where I’m starting to feel like I can cut diamonds. I have no idea about night wood because I have never been waken up by it before in my life, and morning wood is something that is 50/50 now. I tend to have more semi, so it may be that I’m waking up shortly after a session.

The porn detox has been helping me because it seems that I am getting more random “HEY HEY” moments during the day in my pants. The most noticeable is my pants. They are starting to feel more “packed” in the crotch region which is completely fine with me.

I just made another discovery. I have done jelqing sitting, laying down, standing up, and pretty much in every position. I believe I have figured out the optimal position to jelq.

You basically sit in a chair with your butt as close to the edge as possible. This will hopefully force your spine to straighten and your penis to retract a little bit.

This small bit of penile retraction into the body intensifies the effectiveness of the jelqs because it allows you to pin point various ligaments and tunica with greater accuracy.

The reason for this is there is less counter force from the skin while your doing this stretch. Imagine that you have the same total skin, but a small proportion of your unit is inside.

So it would seem like adding an ADS routine in with Jelqing is a good idea! I’ve been jelqing (but not as consistently as I should) for the last 4 months with no gain in length. However, due to business and vacations, I’ve had two periods off of about 2 weeks each.

Don’t get me wrong through, my EQ has gone from a 7 to a 10, it’s been amazing! And I have clearly gained in width, but not really measuring that.

As I’m going for length, would anyone have any suggestions? Should I keep jelqing for a few more months (I’m now very consistent with my routine) or should I replace it with an ADS or maybe like Fuzzynavel should I combine jelqing and ADS?

Current routine: 10min warm up (heat, helicopter shakes), 10min manual stretching, 15min jelqing straight-down. 10min warm-down. 2 days on, 1 off.
Jelqs are wet, slow (5-8secs) with full concentration, reverse ok grip (palm facing outwards)
Don’t smoke, don’t drink much at all. Use weed (1 jay) every other night on average with my wife. Take recommended supplements, zinc, L-Arginine, calcium, multi-vitamin daily.
No injuries at all yet, not even any red dots that many guys seem to have from jelqing. No discoloration. Not a believer in going too hard, I have a lot of patience. 46yrs old. LOT at 9:00.

Suggestions?

Ok. So I feel weird giving advice without being a senior member and ALSO not measuring my cock.

However, I have definitely seen visual increases is size and width, increases in sex with my GF, increases in her pleasure, and tremendous increases in my erection quality.

I wake up with a very stiff morning wood every single morning and my cock has become more veiny and feels more thick in my hands (especially the base).

I am actually going to buy a ruler and measure for my first time ever sometime next week, wish me luck :)

First, Deckker, I think that combining ADS with JELQ is a must. IMO. Jelqing can only give you serious gains if you are extremely focused and also try and exert a fairly strong force on your cock. I get to the point in my jelqing sessions where my penis starts to feel like it is actually coming out of my body. I don’t attribute this to extreme force because that can be exceedingly dangerous, I DO HOWEVER, attribute this to the fact that I exert a CONSTANT force while jelqing. IE When one of my hands has reached the glands, the other is already beginning is travel to the glands. If you can understand, this means there is a constant pressure on the penis to extend. Try this, along with my sitting on the edge of the chair idea and you may see more improvements.

Another important thing in PE is constancy. You know those days when you just don’t wanna do it? You have to eliminate those. Think about what we are talking about here. Being able to actually enlarge our penises. The mere fact that it’s possible should be enough of a driving force. There is no free lunch in America, if it was easy, everyone would be doing it! This is NOT an easy thing to do. You can get hurt, and discouraged because you are just simply doing it wrong.

Lastly, I would just like to talk about two reasons for not measuring. First, it becomes an obsession. It’s our penis, it’s not going anywhere, there are many more important things to focus on in our precious lives than a part of our body that is unchangeable. Second, this is IMPORTANT. If we think we are growing, WE ARE GROWING. I don’t care what any of you say, I do double takes now when I walk into the bathroom and look at my cock in the mirror as I am about to pee. I just smile, it LOOKS bigger and thicker. I don’t know if it is? But does that matter? Perception is reality. The more we can mentally align our attitude to our actions, the better results we will achieve.

I think you’re right. Jelqing helps with blood flow, EQ and prepares the big guy for what’s to come. But as a technique all by itself, it may or may not produce results. And it’s only been that last month that I’ve been consistent. It’s like any serious commitment - you have to be dedicated.
