Hi buddies,

I´m having GREAT results with PE, both in girth and length.

But there is one thing that is bothering me as hell: my erections are a little.. Soft! :-/

I sometimes have a full erection but can´t keep it.. Some seconds and it´s gone!!

Browsing the forum, I found some topics about kegels and how they can improve the erection. Some state that kegels should be performed with a HARD COCK to have a better effect. Is it right?

Besides kegels, are there any other exercise to improve my hard-on?

* By the way: my routine is 5 min. Warm-up —> 5 min. Lig stretch + 10 min tunica stretch —> 10 min. Jelq (1 on/ 1off) —> 5 min warm-up. 5/6 days a week.

Kegels train the BC muscle, it’s not necessary to have an erection to do this.

Manual PE generally (jelqing in particular) should improve erection quality but if you are judging quality by your erections during a jelqing session you are probably looking at the wrong time (many people have issues with keeping an erection whilst jelqing). Try looking at your erection when you are in the sack with someone you really want to fuck badly.

Beyond this, look at your diet and excercise regimen. If you are eating crap and doing no excercise you will probably suffer from shitty erections. Some people take supplements but if you are eating correctly you won’t need them.

I don´t eat crap and go to the gym 5 or 6 times a week.
