My bad erection. I need some advices
I´m having GREAT results with PE, both in girth and length.
But there is one thing that is bothering me as hell: my erections are a little.. Soft! :-/
I sometimes have a full erection but can´t keep it.. Some seconds and it´s gone!!
Browsing the forum, I found some topics about kegels and how they can improve the erection. Some state that kegels should be performed with a HARD COCK to have a better effect. Is it right?
Besides kegels, are there any other exercise to improve my hard-on?
* By the way: my routine is 5 min. Warm-up —> 5 min. Lig stretch + 10 min tunica stretch —> 10 min. Jelq (1 on/ 1off) —> 5 min warm-up. 5/6 days a week.
