My 3 month results...half inch in girth

This may need to be in the progress and results forum but sometimes discouraged newbies don’t read it so I’ll post it hear.

Today was my 3 month mark so I measured this morning.

Starting stats 08/12/05:

BPEL: 6.5”
EG: 4.875”

As of 11/13/05:

BPEL: 6.5”
EG: 5.375” (+.5”)

I’ve been really discouraged by the length issue as I’m sure I’ll have to end up hanging and I don’t want to do that. On the other hand, my wife says she just wants girth so I’m very happy with the girth gains.

I attribute all the girth gains to dry jelq, 60-80% erect bends, Horse 440s and clamping. I’d already gained .25” once I started dry jelqing with Bends and Horses thrown in but when I added clamping last week it pushed me another .25”.

Needless to say, I’m thrilled and will keep going. I will have to find the elusive exercise that will give me some erect length gains as I’ve gotten flaccid gains.

How long after you began PE did you introduce clamping into your routine?

I’ve pretty much done the same thing after three months without substantial gains—introducing dry jelqs with squeezes and bends, as well as clamping. I’m waiting to measure, but I definetely feel and see some growth.

That is an impressive gain rhedik. Another very experienced PE type ( Aristocane) apparently gained 1 inch in length doing mainly girth work. Very hard workout though.

You should try an ADS so you don’t have tugback and keep the heat up around your dick.

I use a Captn’s Wench for my ADS.

I started clamping just about 2.5 months into my PE routine. Keep in mind, my first few days of it were 2 - 1 minute sessions then I would do 2 - 2 minute sessions the next few day after that. It was when I did 2 - 15 minute sessions starting the 2nd week of clamping that I broke through the next .25” barrier.

I love clamping and I can see that 15 minutes is my max time limit. I’m not looking for an injury and my dick was starting to get cold after 15 minutes. I may reduce it to 10 and increase the number of sets. Then the thing to do is probably 3 sets of 10 minutes twice a day.

I was pretty surprised by how intense I had to push it to finally get it through that growth barrier. After my workout last night, I think it’s probably the Horses that got me the actual gains but the dry jelqing conditioned me to be able to withstand the Horses.

I use the Therawrap ADS but I’m looking into this Penimaster as it seems to be helping some people.
