My 0.5 in 60 days challenge

Just when I was starting to I got sick and my EQ is like -5, pretty unfortunate. Personally I won’t hang not enough privacy, but tons of people gain using it but remember to gain like BIB you have to train like BIB.

I tried training lib bib once, I even slowly built up to it. Actually I only did 3 hours of hanging and guess what? My dick is still recovering. Id be real Leary of all that. My friend Random gained a lot only hanging in a decent time, and he did like 45 minutes A FEW times a week, like 5 out of 7 days I believe.

It is half time, any gains?

I am waiting 10 more days to do my next measurements.
For fear that if I measure every 10 it will seem like I am not gaining at all.
Anybody getting good gains?

Hey Addict that sounds like a good routine. 45 minutes of hanging everyday. Any idea what weight?
I wonder what the ultimate routine would be? (Maybe I should start another thread?)

I have some dumbbell weights under my bed should I use those? 1.1kg is the lowest.
I will check out how to make a hanger because this might be fun and might be easier then the
Extender of doom.

I have taken two days off for some extra rest and I will fit in the parts I missed into other parts of my routine.
And I heard from Marinea we need about 1000 hours to see any major major gains from ADS
That means like 3 hours a day a year.
I don’t think I could do it every day for that long.

Ok for 2 hours a day for 5 days a week missing Saturday and Sunday. We would have to do 2 years worth to get 1040 hours.
I can see why Products like Fast size and stuff are so popular which you can wear around all day.
6 hours a day.In one years worth of 6 hours a day with Saturday and Sunday off you would have 1560 hours under your belt. And supposedly you can wear it up to 12 hours. I don’t think I could unless it is way comfier then the max extender and doesn’t pull your penis out of it when you walk or move your hips.

Has anyone ever experienced the Fast size?

But we aren’t depending on the extenders ability to cause major gains we are depending on it to keep the cells opened a little wider then they would normally be so when they heal they heal a little bit bigger every time.

I’ve realized that it’s easier to do the stretching before the manual routine because my penis is normally too slippery to be held in the device.
And I like to think that healing takes time into the next day so that the stretching isn’t wasted.

What modifications have you guys made?

I have been mostly getting in girth work, length has been tougher to work into my schedule. I am upping the time of my JAI stretches to 90 seconds each, I feel a real stretch doing them.

I’m not part of this in anyway,shape or form..infact I’m a complete newbie but since I started PE on Dec 11th 2008 till now I’ve gained 0.55” in length & 1.25 in midshaft erect girth.

So this is definitely achievable guys :)

Clemski I ended up missing like two days worth the other day so I’m trying to fit that in somewhere else now.
I think a thick knob is probably better then a thin long one. So hardcore girthyness.

Because I think after March the 19th I might stick on and do another 30 just to see if it will take me any higher and past 7 BPEL and 5.5 EG (midshaft).

Then I think I will just do jelqs for a little while so my knob can relax and then I will pick up a more moderate routine later on to gain another 0.5 BPEL and 0.25 EG (midshaft) to see if I can get to my 7 NBPEL and 0.75 EG (mishaft).

Guys you will not believe whats happened.
I just measured.

It took me a fair while to get a boner though. (Not sure why)
But when I did it didn’t stay long.
So it was fairly quick.
But I’m sure this is a correct measurement in length, 6.7 BPEL I should of measured NBPEL as well.
(Ill do it later)

So I then decided to measure my girth expecting some small gains like maybe a 0.05.
When I saw the tape I had to check again several times.

It ranges from 5.45 to 5.5 Midshaft EG.
That’s 20 days and I have gained a 0.05 on length and a whopping 0.15-0.20 on girth.

That’s insane is that a record?
People have written that it’s really hard to gain girth.
I am pretty chuffed about my girth so far.
I wish I had a bit more to show for length.

Maybe the Max Extender works well on Girth?
Or maybe all the Jelqing is paying off.

That Newbie routine is awesome even though I haven’t dedicated myself to the Kegels religiously. (At all)
This is quite odd I have 20 days left to hopefully gain 0.03 In length to see if I can do it.
And I have no need to worry about my girth not being there on the day.
This is a great feeling.

I even missed like 3 days worth of routine which is 6 hours of stretch with the Extender 1500 jelqs and 15 minutes of manual stretches. Only thing I did change was the speed of the jelqs, I kept the grip the same but the speed was higher and the other night I couldn’t keep an erection well so I did it flacid.

But as I have 20 days of hardcore routine coming up, do you think I should change it to one day on one day off?
(But I will be using the Extender every day for 2 hours still)
I am going up a whole notch on the extender tomorrow, but I will keep the amount of jelqs the same.

Any hints would be lovely and I think I might of over trained some night.

Well gents, I think I lost this one. I haven’t gained a smidgen of length I am still 6.75 BPEL. Girth is back to what it was before my break which is cool. I really want that 7” cock… I’ll just have to keep working I’ll give it a month or two on this program and what happens, happens. If I make the gain by mid may or not I will focus much more intensely on girth, I don’t know why but it came to me in a dream I will make it to 6” girth, and at that point Fuck the length.

Well done clemski though for sticking through it.

Sadly I won’t be making it to my length goal due to injuring my testicle and having to take time off, so it turned into a 40 day challenge for me. (Bollocks, literally)

So I was thinking I might start up again on the 1st of April with this routine for 30 days just so it’s a month long routine.

I am happy with the girth gains I have received but I still wish I had more to show for length.
I am at a nice 6.7 BPEL and 5.5 Midshaft EG.

I wish I had some more length!!
Just to get me to 7 BPEL.

Well hopefully when I start up on my routine again in April that it will take me to 7 BPEL.
But I might do some jelqs in a couple of days to keep the blood flowing and what not.

Two different opinions.
Well I tried hanging with this device I made. (Perfect device)

But as I have a turkey neck I was hanging from that far back up my penis I must of caught the top of the right nuts vein thing.

And it became a bit tender and felt a bit odd for a few days after and I thought I was in trouble.
Turned out I caused myself groin strain.

No problems now though feels fine.
Are you sure I will lose all my gains?

I want some back up on this theory.
