Hey thanks guys. It’s an honor really. I just do what I can when I can. There are so many people that have helped so many more than I have though. I just do my best to give back a mere portion of all the help that has been so graciously handed to me. I really don’t think I deserve the recognition as most helpful when you have people around like gprent, westla, a8, and a hundred more I could name.

With that in mind I am giving my shirt to Daboogies. A newbie that was nominated for most helpful thread is pretty freaking impressive in my books. Me, I’m just a cook. :leftie: Peace out. Keep helping others, it’s the only way you grow. ;)

Anyway, what does it mean? pretty freaking impressive in my books, I know each word, but when a phrase become like this…I got no idea. :)

Routine : Manual-V-Inverted V-JAI-BTC stretches (alot of stretches :D ). Wet Jelq, Pumping (once a week to maintain my girth)
