More Length

I read it better to do both instead of just one but I really just want to focus on length. So far I gain 0.5 in both nbp & eg, that put me at 6 x 4.5.I’m trying to get to 6.5 nbp before I start on girth.Somebody give me a good stretching routine for length only.

In my opinion, if you have gained a half inch already, I would stick with the same routine. Stick with it until you are not gaining anymore.


So should I stretch/jelq everyday or every other.

Um.. Stick with what you are doing.

I would suggest 1 day on and 1 day off. If you really feel the need to change, try changing the intensity of each workout. Maybe hold your stretches for a couple seconds longer and squeeze harder on the jelq. What ever you do be careful. It seems to me that you are still fairly new. You need to work up to more intense workouts. So once again be careful.

BigJohnny, what routine have you been doing to get your gains? Also, how long did it take youa?

I been doing 200 jelqs, 10min of stretching, and horse squeezes but I been doing this off and on for 1year. I think if I stick to a routine I would have better gains. I stop the 200 jelqs and started doing 10min of perfect jelqs (slow).
