Moist Heating Pad in Brazil

Hello Guys,

PE is so cool, but the one thing that’s bad for me is the warm-up, the discretecy.

I’m from Brazil, and I always wanted to buy one of those heating pads. I saw one in Remek’s book that generates a moist heating pad.

I wanted to know if some guys from Brazil know a different name for this device. People from other places could give me a tip also.

I don’t use any heating. I’m from Brazil too and the store Polishop has it. I don’t remember the name. Maybe you can find at MercadoLivre and Buscape. If you have a microwave, try to use the sock rice method. Put rice in a sock and heat it in the microwave. You can use the same rice for +3 months. This works like a charm, I think is better than any heating pad and costless. I don’t use heating because I live with my parents and it is very suspicious to heat a sock in the microwave.

But the thing is that I can’t find any reference name for this device. Something like: “Fonte de calor Elétrico” (Electrical Heating)…

Did you remember this name, or something like?

O fera do heating pad é que te permite fazer certos exercícios com calor constante.

É vero. Seria uma boa usar um heating pad com ADS. É bem provavél que tenhamos excelentes resultados com isso. Vou considerar a usá-lo brevemente. Parece que há um posto aqui com teorias de como esse aquecimento constante pode promover ganhos excelentes.

mbg_nh, você pode encontrar esse dispositivo em lojas de aparelhos ortopédicos eu suponho. Ele tem função terapêutica.
