Modifying newbie routine to focus on girth

I’ve done a little bit of jelqing in the past (couple of months). I never took measurements, but I felt like I had increased girth slightly. Haven’t done it in a few years, and I’m pretty sure any size gains have gone away, although it seems to me that the jelqing reduced the amount of downward curve I had and that ‘improvement’ never went away.

I’m roughly EL: 6.7”, MEG: 5.2”, BEG: 5.0”

Going to restart and want to focus on girth only. I’d rather not add any length.

Taking a look at the newbie routine:
5 minutes hot wrap
5 minutes manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
10 minutes of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
5 minutes hot wrap
50 kegels of five second holds each

Schedule:2 days ON / 1 day REST.

I was thinking of eliminating the stretching as I’m not interested in adding length. It there anything I can add to encourage girth gains, or all the other girth routines best reserved for after I’ve done several weeks of jelqs and kegels?

Maybe some light pumping?

Your idea of a jelqing newbie routine and then adding in pumping after a couple months is pretty good. You might actually get the gains you want from just that, plenty of people have in the past. Look at the Vacuum pumping 101 thread for a guideline on a pump / jelq routine.

Another thing to look into once you’ve been at it a while is to switch over from wet jelqs to dry jelqing, which is a little more girthy. And from dry jelqs it’s just one small step to do an Uli. Try kegeling blood past your tourniquet grip while starting a jelq stroke, that will tend to work girth more, but be gentle about it, don’t kegel in too much in while you’re starting out.

Keep in mind that despite your best attempts, you might gain length anyway. Most guys tend to gain in both dimensions, if they’re gainers at all.

Always go gradually, and take gains as they come instead of forcing them. PE is a marathon, not a sprint. Good gains to you, sir.

I do the new ie routine without stretching. It kills my eq and then I cannot get a good hell session in. Only been at it about six weeks so couldn’t tell you if it works yet.

I’m new on PE. Recently I started a modified newbie routine:
5 minutes warm up (hot shower)
5 minutes manual stretch (up-down-left-right, sometimes with hot shower)
50 swings (like ‘helicopter’, but mostly horizontal and circular movements from the hips, is there a name for that? It’s something I do without my hands in order to increase blood circulation)
100~150 wet jelqs
50 swings
2 minutes warm down (hot shower)
1 minute cool down (with 100% erection)

I also do kegels along the day, about 100 kegels of 5 sec hold. I decided to do this routine six days per week and rest one day.

As I started it this week, I don’t have any info about gains — I hope I will soon.

I have some questions:

1) Is this a good newbie routine? Does anybody tried a routine like that?
2) Is hot wrap better than hot shower?
3) I’ve been thinking of adding some ULI (like described here: Uli #3 Video ) after jelqs, in order to gain some girth. What do you think?
4) I’ve been researching and.. Is ULI just a kind of «manual clamping»?
