when Im doing strechin normal way that hurts my skin and when I pull skinn back and strech that dont hurt..is this ok if I pull my foreskin back and but gloves to my hand and strech?

Yes, it’s okay if you pull your foreskin back and use gloves to stretch. Whatever works so that you are comfortable is fine.
