I definitely do. I was really successful in my first attempt at PE and i credit this to Nofap. When i go 5 days without ejaculating my flaccid hang is much fuller and longer. Also if you ever happen to ejaculate multiple times in one day (3+) your penis will turtle and the tissue will feel really dense, this cant be good.

Also if you go 4-5 days without ejaculating your EQ is ridiculously good.

I have noticed that .but my problem is while I’m stretching I slowly start to get hard.


Started:BPEL=5.0" x MEG=4.6 .(actually I was between 4.9 and 5 so I went with 5)

Now:BPEL= 6.3 x MEG=4.8 .. :) Final goal = 7.0 BPEL x 5.2 MEG.

Don’t worry if you get hard when you stretching.. just switch to dry or wet jelqing, then stretch again!

Only 1 time a day. Sometimes I can do it 2 times but that is if I saw something that made it a must-play-with-dick moment.

As a teen I used to masturbate 3 to 4 times daily.

I don’t masturbate on the days that I do PE. My dick doesn’t feel as full during PE if I masturbate that day. Makes me feel like I’m robbing myself of gains! I suppose I could equate it to going on a 10 mile run and then trying to do squats in the gym.

On another note, I’m currently trying to quit masturbating. I used to rub one out at least once a day. So far a week is the longest I’ve lasted. Unfortunately, I’ve noticed my stamina is a thousand times worse if I don’t masturbate. I’m just ready to blow at any moment. On the plus side, there are some psychological benefits. I feel much more confident and social when I don’t masturbate. I’ve read about this, mostly from yourbrainonporn.com. I thought it was hogwash, but now I’m a believer. I’m hoping that consistent PE and kegels (I always forget those) will help me keep my stamina without masturbating.

I’ll have to keep giving this NoFap thing a try and see how it affects me in the long term.

I didn’t masturbate for little more than one month. Man, I can tell you, it was difficult for me.

Pros: EQ sky-high, explosive erections, increased night wood and morning wood.
Cons: High sensibility (glans), stamina (when I do masturbate, unloaded in less than 1 minute).

For me the “NoFap” is a good thing because I’m single, didn’t have sex too often (without masturbating I manage to “unload” in less than 1 minutes … can’t even imagine having sex).

I’m trying again and I’m already on the 2nd week.

*I like to think that masturbation abstinence will positively effect further gains (my opinion, might be wrong).
*When I do masturbate and ejaculate, don’t like the afterwards effect: general relaxation, “spongy” feeling on my penis, lower EQ, less explosives erections.
