Masturbation question

I just started my jelq session with newbie routine and in just 1 week I received 1 cm in long.

So my question is, does masturbation affect my penis enlargement? Shall I masturbate before or after jelqing? Or neither?

Masturbation in moderation probably does not affect penis enlargement. There is a very big number of threads on the forum about this very question. Use the search function and all will be revealed!

This is a topic of much debate and little resolution.
