Making the most of your hot-wraps warm up time
it has been almost two years since I did my last PE exercices but the full inch I gained — both in length and girth — back then within only a couple of months convinced me that PE works. As it is, I am currently at 7.35” BP in erect length and 5.9” in erect girth, having started again at the beginning of last week. And now I am aiming for 8” in length and whatever girth gains I can achieve.
For all newbies, here is the routine that has successfully worked for me:
(a) 2 min towel hot-wraps
(b) 6 x 90 sec straight stretches (straight away, left, right, up, down, straight away) with a flaccid penis
(c) 200 PC/kegel exercises with an erect penis, with your hands pushing it down as far as you can
(d) 2 min towel hot-wraps
(e) 325 jelqs with a 60% erect penis
(f) 2 min towel hot-wraps
This routine takes approx. 30 mins and I do it every evening just before I go to bed, Sunday through Thursday allowing for two days of rest time over the weekend.
Now, I discovered something great that you can do while warming up your penis with the hot-wraps and that I wanted to pass on to the community: Do butt clenches. Yes, butt clenches!
First, there isn’t all that much you can do while warming up your unit. And second, your buns will become as hard as steel. I am serious! I have only done this for two weeks and I can already tell a difference. Plus, it will look great in your pants.
In my eyes, the combination of a pretty thick, long unit from PE and a strong, solid behind from doing 6 mins of butt clenches during the hot-wraps sessions makes for the ultimate killer package.
