Making the most of your hot-wraps warm up time

Hi everyone,

it has been almost two years since I did my last PE exercices but the full inch I gained — both in length and girth — back then within only a couple of months convinced me that PE works. As it is, I am currently at 7.35” BP in erect length and 5.9” in erect girth, having started again at the beginning of last week. And now I am aiming for 8” in length and whatever girth gains I can achieve.

For all newbies, here is the routine that has successfully worked for me:

(a) 2 min towel hot-wraps

(b) 6 x 90 sec straight stretches (straight away, left, right, up, down, straight away) with a flaccid penis

(c) 200 PC/kegel exercises with an erect penis, with your hands pushing it down as far as you can

(d) 2 min towel hot-wraps

(e) 325 jelqs with a 60% erect penis

(f) 2 min towel hot-wraps

This routine takes approx. 30 mins and I do it every evening just before I go to bed, Sunday through Thursday allowing for two days of rest time over the weekend.

Now, I discovered something great that you can do while warming up your penis with the hot-wraps and that I wanted to pass on to the community: Do butt clenches. Yes, butt clenches!

First, there isn’t all that much you can do while warming up your unit. And second, your buns will become as hard as steel. I am serious! I have only done this for two weeks and I can already tell a difference. Plus, it will look great in your pants.

In my eyes, the combination of a pretty thick, long unit from PE and a strong, solid behind from doing 6 mins of butt clenches during the hot-wraps sessions makes for the ultimate killer package.

Looks like a great routine, although newbies should move into it gradually, of course. :up:

What’s up with pushing your penis down during your kegels? I assume you’re providing some resistance to the upward thrust provided by the muscle squeeze, but pushing down “as far as you can”? That sounds extreme.

When I am pushing my unit down I experience that it exercises my PC muscle in a slightly different spot than as if I would not touch it at all. See my thread from two years ago: How do you do PC exercises: Method A or Method B?

In bed — when finally push comes to shove — the penis is also bent down. When I then flex the PC muscle to withhold the ejaculation, I feel that it works a lot better because I “train” for exactly this situation every day when exercising. Of course, “as far as you can” means “as far as you comfortably can”.

Imagine for a moment that you were trying to hold a piece of paper just with your butt cheeks. In order to accomplish that you would tighten the muscles in your buttocks so that the piece of paper would get trapped in between. And that’s basically how I do it — without the piece of paper, though ;-)

Tighten the muscles, hold for three seconds, let go. Tighten the muscles, hold for three seconds, let go… Do that whenever you do the towel hot-wraps to get the most out of your PE time.

Have you noticed your erection angle going toward the ground by doing these? I’ve always thought of these as an important exercise.

Yes, Alice, now that I come to think of it I would say that my erection angle has gone towards the ground by doing these erect push-down kegels. But there is no way I could quantify by how much. It’s a side effect that’s quite welcome, though.

Yes, I love the effect also. It is quite impressive visually, I’ve credited a lot of gains to this method. There is no way I can tell either, I just go by visuals and points of reference( no rulers)

PE dude how long did it take you to get one full inch on this routine?

And how do you preform butt clenches and kegel push-downs?

Hi Partyman101,

two years ago when I did PE exercises for the last time, it took me roughly 5 months to achieve those gains on the routine I described above. Of course, in the first month I would only do 1/2 or 2/3 of the regimen and then would increase kegels by 25 and jelqs by 50 every three weeks. In the end, I was all the way up to 400 jelqs but now I quit after 325 as I just started PE again.

As to how I do kegel push-downs: I stand upright with a fully erect penis. The penis is naturally pointing upwards. Placing my hand over it, I attempt to push it down towards the ground to achieve something like a 90 or 100 degree angle between by belly and the shaft. Then I do regular PC/kegel exercises in this position. The penis attempts to go up but is restrained by my hand pushing it down from above.

I was wondering why it is a good thing for your erection angle to lower? I would have thought a high erection angle was more impressive.
