Making PE more fun
I remember when starting PE, that for few days it was the only thing on my mind.
For the entire day I could not wait to start doing my routine, and at off days, I was torturing myself by not doing it.
After a few weeks it became a bit boring, and after few months it became very dull.
So, I did my best, and still do to make it more fun.
I tried doing it while listening to music, in front of the mirror, making childish sounds while stretching it or stroking it etc.
What do you do to keep your PE fresh and keep yourself motivated throughout the exercise?
