Making no progress.eq and wood keeps dissapearing

Basically in the last 6-7 months I have made no consistent gains, because after my first or second training session, I’ll get extremely good morning/night wood, but then typically ONE more training session and it’s dead. My EQ, the wood, all of it goes away completely and my eq is left really poor. Then I end up having to rest off 2-3 weeks to get it back. This is happened about four times. At first I would do a 5-6 min. Warmup, then between 5-10 minutes of jelqing at 90-100% erection since all I am going for is girth really.. Then I would warm down for about 5 minutes. By the fourth time this failure had occured I reduced it down to a 5-10 minute warmup with a warm wrap, and only 10-15 slow 5-6 second jelqs, with much less pressure, at full erection, then a warm down. The last time this cycle repeated my penis looked larger after the first session and it was great. My girlfriend even made a comment. But then after a pretty long blowjob, followed the next day by the same training session.. GONE completely.. The Erection Quality, the morning and night wood.WTF..

I have now rested for about a week and a half, still no wood in the morning or night. What do I do? Do I ignore the PI’s and keep training.. Do I rest this off and re-evaluate. Please help..

THE ONLY thing I can think of that I am screwing up is that I am doing it at full erection.. Is this really capable of overtraining you that easily as I described?. I really don’t use a lot of pressure. Do I need to tone down my erection for several months until my penis is used to it? Anything will help.. Thank you.

Yes and: you are lucky that you had no injuries. Never do PE fully erected. And I suspect you are doing too much, also.

Take a week (yes, a whole week) rest, then restart wiser PE routine.

Blodia, you obviously haven’t done your reading here.

Jelqing at full erection is dangerous, even for vets, let alone a newbie.

If you want good EQ and gains, start with the newbie routine and do it for a couple of months. After that you can start with uli’s, squeezes and such, but again no full erection jelqing.

I hope that 4 times were enough to teach you a lesson.

Yes, do low erection jelqs, you can gain girth from them too. I’ve gained .25” in 2 months just doing jelqs at low erection. I’ve heard similar horror stories from high erection jelqing, so I’m going to avoid them and just do several manual exercises and eventually clamping in the future.
