Making BPEL become NBPEL
I am 7” bone pressed, about 6.5 non. My goal is to be 7” NBP. People here describe a “fat pad”. I don’t believe I have a fat pad, just ligaments. I’m thinking stretching my ligs by means of fowfer it will help my NBP increase rather quickly. Any gains in length by jelqing are welcome as well. :)
Has fowfers helped with NBP length for anyone here?
