Im new to PE and want to gain 1 - 1½ inch(my current EL is 6,5”). I’ve allready tried a 6 times\week program with 15 minutes of jelq per session. That made my right hand and shoulder very sore, since i’m also on a intense weightlifting program. Could I make reasonable gains with 2-3 long sessions per week?

Hey Testocles,
How new to PE are you? If you have only been at it for a couple of weeks, I’d be careful of doing too much in one workout. There are plenty of guys that do a one on and one off routine and see gains. Whether it will work for you or not, only you will be able to determine.
