So I’m measuring my lot, there is no point in which the head wants to retract, well barely. But When I pull up to 12oclock this is where the head seems to want to retract the most but not much.I read all the threads already, but can someone help me out here.
LOT theory is just that - a theory. Pay little, if any anttention to it until well into your PE career. Just concentrate on the Newbie routine for now.

Ya I’m not to sure if the LOT theory is that valid. I have a low LOT and I am still gaining from hanging BTC when according to the LOT theory I should be hanging SO or SU.
