About two years ago, I tested my lot to find I had the lowest possible LOT. Friday, this was confirmed as I had girth and lengthening surgery and the Dr. Said my ligament was buried twice as much as any other guy plus it was incredibly tough.

I think according to the LOT-theory if you have the lowest possible LOT you can’t gain from length surgery.
Keep in mind that these doctors will say whatever you want to hear in order for you to leave the surgery room satisfied.
