I noticed recently that my erection is not as hard (90% of what it used to be) as it used to be after againing almost 3/4 of inch length.

I do edging as way of improving my EQ. But i still notice my erection at times is not as hard when I first started.

What’s the best way to manage this side effect? Is it normal to sacrifice a little bit of EQ as penis grows longer?

I have experienced exactly what you have, and have solved this problem. I will describe my routine in the most illustrious way possible.

Say I began at medium rare EQ. Kegels alone took that to medium well, quite a good jump. I found isometric kegels to work better than isotonic. After a while though, my EQ to fall towards medium, which auggested Kegel overtraining. Still good, but could be better. I added reverse kegels, which took me blasting to Well Done.

Reverse kegels are really what did it for me, those took me to an EQ that I had never been to before in my life. I think starting with normal kegels is the way to go though. You’ll know you are ready to do reverse kegels once you can reverse kegel at a 50% erection and feel significant but painless pressure in your glans, and see it inflate and get nice and shiny.

In terms of a timeline…that really depends on you. I didn’t have a routine, I did them when I felt like it. The only possible downside is that, if you are at work and someone calls you over, you’ll need some way to hide your monolith.

I’ve had the same experience. It’s an indicator of length growth for me. Kegels help, edging is better, and ending your PE sessions on a little bit of girth work has so far been proven best (together with edging at night). After a low EQ jelqing session I try to work it up to a high EQ and squeeze it twice for 30 seconds, kegeling in blood every 5 seconds. It improves EQ as well as give you a nice mental boost.

But yeah, it is a common occurrence that length work temporarily reduce your EQ, so I wouldn’t worry too much about it as long as it recovers with rest days.

Strange; I lose my erection with reverse kegels. No blood runs to my penis like when I do regular kegels.

I experienced the same as deepwrath; reverse kegels don’t add blood to my unit. I’ve been doing between 50 and 200 5 second kegels every single day without fail for the past 6 months. There may be a physiological difference. The only thing it does is force the BC/PC muscles to relax which allows for a harder erection, but it doesn’t squeeze in any more blood on its own… Considering its layout and therefore its function, I don’t think it’s supposed to. But if it works for you, all the better.

I’ve been doing reverse kegels exercises for almost a month and for me the effect is similar to kegelling your penis, ie the glans expand and fill up with more blood.

And what is the perfect routine to increase EQ while growth?
