Losing Faith On Getting Girth

The fish oil I take at night is a specific blend from Green Pastures which is a mix of fermented cod liver oil and concentrated butter oil from grass fed cattle. I picked this up after reading Tim Ferris and when I take them before bed I can tell the difference in my night wood.

Along with the pine bark during the day (half in the morning and half in the afternoon) I also take an L-arginine and L-citrulline supplement to increase vascularity and blood flow.

I think these really help with my recovery phase.

I valid 2Uranus with the pumping. Pumping work fine with a good pressure. I think the most important thing is to know how to listen to your penis, with a view of progressive overload to break a plateau. It was the same for me, grow girth is hard, and pumping is very more safe than clamping.

I have to really disagree with this, clamping if done safely and not more than 10 minutes per set is absolutely safer than pumping and very rarely gives permanent discoloration which looks terrible in my opinion. Not to mention that pumping is extremely expensive if done with proper equipment and it’s basically just fluid accumulation on the tunica, it hardly gives permanent results.

I know clamping, i had used it for 2 years. And it’s really more risky and it the same for discoloration. Pumping = Less risk / Less discoloration. Clamping are limited in pressure, if you clamp too much you got for sure thrombosis, and after some months you need more pressure to progress and if you do that you got thrombosis or you can’t because it’s you mechanical maximum. With a good vaccum you can control your pressure and the pressure is "illimited" to add gains month by month

Have to disagree on this. I clamped for a long duration and never saw any progress on my girth. Pumping has yielded dramatically better results for me. That said, everyone responds differently and I won’t say pumping is always better, just that it is better for me.

One of the biggest reasons I think pumping works better for me is because I can more accurately find tune the pressure I’m using on my dick compared to clamping which is much harder to have consistency.

It’s also not expensive. My kit was $80 total.

Typically I rotate my cock every 30 minutes. I usually do 90 degrees rotation to the left, straight back, 90 degrees to the right variations and then rotate through them every 30. It did take some getting used to before I could go that long.

I never ever had symptoms of thrombosis in years of clamping to be honest also never required to apply higher than moderate pressure and time to achieve costant growth. Actually my EQ is through the roof since I clamp, I never saw anyone pumping and finishing with a top notch EQ.

Discoloration was never a problem for me at least while with pumping I literally saw hundreds of white dudes turning their penis permanently black and that looks very weird if I have to he honest. I remember reading a thread of a well known member in the Italian section and he had huge size and pumping experience and he specifically mentioned that girls loved his penis but the colour scared them in the beginning.

How much would you say you gained with pumping and how’s your EQ doing after a set?

I’ve gained a bit over 1/2” of girth in about 9 months. My EQ is great after a set and I pump nearly everyday. I always edge between sets and after my final set though and I think I’ve conditioned myself really well.

What is your clamping routine like? I was never able to achieve the large post workout expansion like some of the big gainers with clamping. Any tricks you use?

I don’t use any particular tricks I just clamp for one single set for 3 or 5 minutes max depending on feeling, sometimes even 10, I’m a less is more guy or at least my unit works like that.

My EQ can be really good after the training session and I get amazing expansion after, but the most important thing is I get zero fluid build up.

Right on. Glad that works for you. I think some naturally gain easier from light workouts, but it’s the lucky few, not the majority. How much have you gained with that routine?

Hi all. Still fighting to get positive results in the girth area.

I have been trying everything but still no real results to write home about.

Pumping appears to give me the best short term results but they really don’t seem to last.

I also have been clamping and edging. I just can’t seem to keep pressure with the clamps. I use one or two cable clamps but it almost seems like I am blocking the blood out while trying to hold it in.

One clamping question… how do you orient the clamp? I have those hinged cable clamps. Depending upon the orientation it will apply pressure at different points on my shaft. I read somewhere that the hinge point needs to be at the bottom/. Is that correct? That gives more clamping pressure on the sides and less on the top or bottom. Or does the hinge go in the side? So more pressure on top and bottom. Am I making sense?

Any help is appreciated. My length gains continue although much slower than the start. But girth still seems to be hard.

One other thing I noticed is that it also seems that my girth during fun times with my wife reverts to my natural girth and none of my PE gains seem to come to play. So even if I get girth gains during PE I revert to a skinny cock when the wife grabs it and does her thing. The length is there for sure but any thickness only seems to be around when I manipulate things with PE and not with a naturally occurring erection. So I think again any gains I have managed to get are just swelling or temporary.

Let me know if you all have any other methods I should try to get girth.

Not sure of your age, but I’ve finally caved on the idea of using ED meds. Tadalafil, in particular, seems to restore some girth.

When I use my clamp, it doesn’t really matter how it is oriented. The pressure feels the same all around the shaft. I just make sure the little strip of towel I use doesn’t bunch up and get in the way. Can you post a picture of your clamp? I use the one from Home Depot that says "Cable Cuff Pro" on it.

Have you tried a cock ring? It should work similarly to a clamp.

I guess I’m pretty fortunate, reading about everyone who has tried everything for years and have not experienced any girth gains. After less than a month, I gained about 1/4" (more at the base). The only advice I have to give is to try to get as aroused as possible while clamping. More arousal=more blood in the penis, and hopefully more expansion.
