First post.. Looking for answers regarding an injury

Hello. I already got my initial easy gains with the noob routine, taking me from 6½” BPEL x 4¾” MSEG to 7½” x ~5” (girth doesn’t seem to be cemented yet). After messing around for a while without further gains, I am now conditioned enough to do a clamping routine for girth (aiming for 5½” MSEG). Length is plenty for my wife already and she specifically asked that I don’t get longer. I imagine I’ll be around here more while figuring out how to gain effectively with clamping, might as well stop lurking.

Hey gang, I’m looking forward to becoming an active poster. I’m eager to start, but won’t yet due to the likelihood of an upcoming operation (recovering from which will involve avoiding any PE exercises for around two months). In the meantime, I’m absorbing as much information as possible and working out what my best way forward is.

Hi so I’m not really sure where to begin! I am looking to increase girth as I sadly, have a pencil. My length is 7 inches but my girth is only 4.25 inches.. Can anyone point me in the right direction to start this quest to become the long THICK schlong5?

Hi everyone,

I have been a passive (not posting) member for over a year now. I’ve been mostly just reading and learning via the forums while trying to build a routine and get my stretching and jelqing technique dialed in. I have now worked up to stretching manually for about 30 mins +50-100 jelqs (time permitting), 5 days a week, with two rest days.

I’ve gained about 1/2” in length in the last year which is enough to make me a believer. I just started using the andropenis gold extender today as well. I’m excited to see how that goes.

The extender is an acquired taste.

To start, don’t worry about time.

Work to understand the dynamics. How much strap or noose compression do you require, which do you prefer?

Which one is the most comfortable for you, strap or noose? If you unscrew out to the first tension line, how does this feel? Too much? Then maybe reduce the rod length a 0.25”. Maybe 0.50” reduction, maybe you don’t feel enough, add a section. Play with the rods to understand at higher or moderate tension levels, which attachment method works best for you? It’s a process, but necessary.

I would suggest that once you establish your preferred attachment method, noose or strap? Then target mastering tensioning.

Preferred attachment method understood, now we move forward.

Start with hitting the second index line and taking a look what has occurred after say 15-20 minutes. Has your tension naturally reduced to the first tension line, exposing the remaining two? Well then, dial back out to the second tension line. This is progress.

This is extending.

As Buck whispers in my ear. You also need to always take reference of you glans position in your chosen cradle method. Is it pulling back or sitting more forward?

Thanks for the welcome & reply! I secured the extender using the silicone strap and cushion that it came with. It was super snug, but not overly constrictive. I added enough rod extenders to reach a comfortable stretch, this ended up being a bit over my BPEL. I was able to wear it for 3.5 hours without removing it. Some adjustment was required sparingly throughout the session (when I felt a pinching feeling). I was surprised by how comfortable it actually was.

You should removed it every 45 mimutes “max” for blood circulation.
(Do a little massage and you put it back)
