Length without stretching or ADS
I’m hardly new to this, so I will be blunt.
I have an obnoxiously prohibitive foreskin that makes stretching for any period of time virtually impossible. There is simply no effective method to grip beneath the glans without it slipping out. I have what’s called a partial circumcision.
I’ve found that bathmate stretches are basically ideal for ligament stretches, so I’ve been doing about 8 minutes of them in the morning, and 4 at night. I can not say for certain these are giving me the gains I’m after.
My current solution; something I’m calling z jelqs. It’s designed to break down the tension of the chord (I’m forgetting the official name of it) to allow normal jelqing to provide a greater boost to length. The steps are simple.
Jelq up to under the head, in my case foreskin is engorged, allowing me to have a pseudo stretch grip.
Once you have your grip, curl it toward you as much as you’re comfortable with. I curl upward but if you can do down, by all means, split reps.
Holding the curled grip, use the alternate hand to bend the lower part of the shaft up sharply. It should look like a 2 or a z.
Grab at the base with the bend holding hand, release the curled hand, and repeat.
Each rep should take 10 seconds, as you don’t want to suffocate your head and I’m sure there’s risk of bursting something if you don’t use caution. I do these for five minutes before I do varying erection levels of jelqing for ten minutes 3 times a day.
This is really still theoretical but it makes sense for it to work. It stretches the cord and does a little ligament work. If there are any other suggestions for length without the ability to hold a normal stretch, I’d love to hear it. If this is the first of it’s kind, maybe it can help you.
