Length without stretching or ADS

I’m hardly new to this, so I will be blunt.

I have an obnoxiously prohibitive foreskin that makes stretching for any period of time virtually impossible. There is simply no effective method to grip beneath the glans without it slipping out. I have what’s called a partial circumcision.

I’ve found that bathmate stretches are basically ideal for ligament stretches, so I’ve been doing about 8 minutes of them in the morning, and 4 at night. I can not say for certain these are giving me the gains I’m after.

My current solution; something I’m calling z jelqs. It’s designed to break down the tension of the chord (I’m forgetting the official name of it) to allow normal jelqing to provide a greater boost to length. The steps are simple.

Jelq up to under the head, in my case foreskin is engorged, allowing me to have a pseudo stretch grip.
Once you have your grip, curl it toward you as much as you’re comfortable with. I curl upward but if you can do down, by all means, split reps.
Holding the curled grip, use the alternate hand to bend the lower part of the shaft up sharply. It should look like a 2 or a z.
Grab at the base with the bend holding hand, release the curled hand, and repeat.

Each rep should take 10 seconds, as you don’t want to suffocate your head and I’m sure there’s risk of bursting something if you don’t use caution. I do these for five minutes before I do varying erection levels of jelqing for ten minutes 3 times a day.

This is really still theoretical but it makes sense for it to work. It stretches the cord and does a little ligament work. If there are any other suggestions for length without the ability to hold a normal stretch, I’d love to hear it. If this is the first of it’s kind, maybe it can help you.

Probably the easiest stretching device for you to get into if your foreskin is that prohibitive is a vacuum stretching device. So you have your vac extenders (vac low load, long duration stretchers is probably more accurate): Monkeybar’s Vac Extender, Phallosan Forte, Penimaster Pro. The first is the cheapest and has worked great for many people on here. I have one and like it. Plus you can use the vac cap for a million other applications such as ADS’s, with other extenders, with homemade stretchers, and as a light hanger.

And you have vac hangers: Monkeybar’s Vac Hanger, LG Hanger, and several good homemade designs. These are a middle ground between extenders and compression hangers that give you a lot (but not all) the benefits of both.

A vac device would work well for you as it would concentrate the pull on the glans rather than the foreskin.

Thanks for the idea. I’ve heard studies were done that indicated vac extenders don’t net gains, but considering SRT I’m thinking that may at least give me the passive healing method I’ve been after.

Forgot to say I really like your handle. Longth, really good one.

Those studies were about vacuum penis pumps. They are referenced and reviewed here. Vac stretching devices work on the same principle as extenders and hangers: longitudinal traction. That same article cites at least ten studies where extenders actually do produce permanent elongation. And correct curves too!

And forget about SRT. I read that whole post about it and it was the most long-winded way ever to simply say tissue gets smaller under constant compression forces and due to disuse, something already known and studied at great length. It is certainly not “revolutionary.” And it seems like a ploy to get unsuspecting men to buy a DVD, a Lengthmaster, a SizeGenetics extender, and a Bathmate.

My understanding of SRT is more along the lines of keeping yourself in a larger state so you heal in a larger state. I’ve applied it to my routine and got over an inch in girth in two months so I really can’t knock it.

He did go a bit overboard on the explanation, and he did convalute the matter so very few would even bother trying to understand what he was saying.

It helps that the thought had occurred to me before reading about it

Ya, nothing wrong with ADS/ADC/stayer devices. I use an ADS often myself. Just not because DLD said to. ;) The rationale was there LONG before he put out that SRT stuff.

Yea, I think I may treat myself a little like a girth canary. I’ve got a freaking sayan of a dick to get through those couple of months without any real injury.

Honestly glad to just be on length. The routine I made up was asking for it for a lot of people.

I’ve had a lot of free time, and had way too much PE knowledge to not finally go ahead and make it big to me.

And because I’m sure that’s daunting, the most effective method I’ve found is probably cock ring edging. I pump up a good half inch with a single ten minute session. Doing it for more than that seems to just make the pump last longer.

I’m sure that the manual work I was doing played a role but I’m sure just the cock ring edging and a bathmate would get you some nice gains

I can’t believe “off days were just…” came before a description of a pretty intense workout in its own right, that you did four times a day! You really went hard! Did you get some good gains for all that hard work?

That exercise sounds pretty cool. Like a slow squash jelq, a horse squeeze, and some erect bends all mixed together. Way to be creative!

Over an inch in girth at the base and midshaft last I measured. Broke 6 in EG finally. Like I said, 2 months of that mayhem.

Now I’m trying to figure out that length hump busting routine to get me to 9 or somewhere near it. Trying these jelqs, low erection jelqs, and bathmate stretches. I did get an ADS but it simply does not work for me.

I may very well try the suction based system you recommended. Really depends on the price tag. I am quite tired of being stuck at an absolute max of 7.5 BPEL, especially with some recent weight gain.

But for now I’m at 7.5 x 6 with a 2 inch fat pad standing up. I’m definitely missing being thin about now. I have equally aggressive plans to deal with that soon also. So there’s that.

Ya, that’s the pits. Those Monkeybar devices I mentioned are gonna be the cheapest. All the other ones I mentioned by name are in the $300-$400 range. Also, if you have good DIY skills, making your own vac hanger is feasible and probably the cheapest method of all.

Well with everything else I just don’t have much extra time to “hang around”. I am still cock ring edging many times a day. But the price tag isn’t too bad anyway. As long as it works anyway. I’ll have to shop around and see if I can find it for less than 130, but I did buy a bathmate.
