What do you guys think of this plan?

Monday (length)
10 min warmup
10 min manual stretches
10 min btc stretch, v stretch, jai stretch
15 min hanging
10 min warmdown

Tuesday (jelq)
10 min warmup
15 min dry jelq
15 clamp
10 min warmdown

Wednsday (rest)

Thursday (repeat & so on)

I’m a bodybuilder and I focus on a certain body part for each day and just had an idea of applying the same concepts to PE since PE follows the same muscle building concept, tear tissue, rest, grow.

What do you guys think?

Seems well to me, but instead of 2on1off, why dont you try 4on2off, since your daily workout is not very intense.

I do my girth in the morning and length evening, 5on2 off, gain length 1/8” every month.

No, First let him do this to let the penis get used to this. After that, the 4/2 suggestion is a good one, 4/1 would be the next step.

Yea it might work but that’s not much of a girth routine. Most guys gain by doing girth everyday. I didn’t start gaining girth till I went at it full force. Clamping 4 x 8min sets. Bends, squeezes, rest.

Can someone back this up? Do most people not see girth gains without day after day workouts? I have been doing every other day for a few days and not seen anything. If this is true maybe there is still some hope.

First of all I want to say that people are different and gain different. What works for one guy might not work for another. But what I have read here and myself included is that most guys who have gained massive girth do PE, and their girth routine, (nearly) daily. It is something you might want to consider trying out yourself.

I know this routine isnt intense at all, as it’s just a quick example of the idea I was trying to get at. Focus on length 1 day, girth the next day. Sorta like doing a chest workout today, and doing legs tommorow, etc.

I use to think 2 on 1 off. But what I did was lighten the load on my workout so that I could do girth just about everyday. Like I was doing 4 x 15 clamping then bends and squeezes. But I backed it off to 4 x 8min. To things here less damage to the cells and it made it so my erections are strong everyday and not weaken by PE. I also did the same exact thing when I was a hanger.
