Hey guys, coming up on two months of newbie routine under my belt. I was wondering if I should target the length first with tons of stretching and moderate of wet jelqs or 50 50 between the two? Goal is aimed to get to erect length 7.5 inches but to 5.5 or 6 erect girth. Currently 6 5/8 inch erect length and 4.9 inch erect girth.

8-2015 Started- Rock hard 6.5bpel" /6"nbpel x4.25 MEG". Current- 7.25-7.5bpel" x 4.6 base/ shaft girth!!! GOAL- 7.5bpel x 5" MEG/ 5.25"BEG

I worked on length and girth at the same time and had positive results. Others have picked one or the other and that’s worked as well. I don’t think there’s a one size fits all approach.

There are some very unscientific opinions here from some very respected members, that would tell you to work on length first. The reason being something about its easier to stretch a noodle than a rope (seriously that was basically the “science” behind the explanation).

I my opinion it doesn’t make any difference you are stretching the penis when you do length or girth so how does one take away from the other?

I think the conclusion came from a very small sample (less than 20 people) who said after they started working on girth their length gains stopped. Whatever the sample size it was really too small and all the variable could not be known to make that sort of “scientific” determination. Also what one person considers enough time doing PE and another person does can vary widely. I saw a post where some guy was complaining that he didn’t see any results from wearing an ADS for just over 100 hours. Just to give you an idea, I had to wear an ADS for almost 250 hours just to get about an eighth of an inch in length.

What does make a difference is time. Putting in the long, long, long, long hours to get… longer and thicker. Depending on your goals you could PE for a decade and still not gain 2 inches in length or girth. People like Titleist work very hard and are very consistent with PE and that is why they have the great results. It is not so much which PE exercises you choose (honestly they all work to one degree or another) its that you do them consistently, correctly and enough times to get results.

PE is not a race, it take more time and effort than 90% of the people out there have no matter how much the desire to have a bigger penis, most give up before they ever see any decent results.

Most gains are slow (after the “beginners gains”) almost imperceptible. It helps if you keep your ruler hidden and only pull it out once a month to measure. This will help to keep you from getting discouraged. Also you need to know if what you are doing to working good enough for you, or if you need to change things up. If you haven’t gain anything at all after 30 days and you are sure you are measuring exactly the same way as you did 30 days ago, you may need to adjust your routine and add more time or a different exercise.

All and all you will gain if you are consistent and keep at it. This site is a great support for people who are ready for the journey.

Long Term Goal 8 NBPEL x 7 MPEG (why not dream BIG?)

I absolutely agree with everything that he said… it just takes hours and hours of hard work and determination… and another thing is staying positive, no matter what the ruler says stay with the mindset that this thing does work, and if indeed you fail and don’t make any gains, you have made progress on learning what your body doesn’t respond to or where you need to improve… slow and steady will get you to your goal!

Same thing here. Worked both at the same time.

BPEL 7 EG 5.5 NBPEL 6.5 Flaccid length 4.5. Started Jan 2015 at bpel 6.5 nbpel 6.0 and eg 5.2 flaccid length was 3.5

I have reached my goal. At least for now.
