Length only routine

I am thinking of just doing 30 minutes of manual stretching in different directions daily. Does it matter how i plan these stretches throughout the day?

Example 1:
10 minutes upon rising
10 minutes before dinner
10 minutes before bed time

Example 2:
15 minutes upon rising
15 minutes before bed

Example 3:
3 minutes every hour

Example 4:
30 minutes upon rusing

Is example 4 ideal? Does it matter witch example i use?

Also what is the maximum amount of time for a single stretch? As long as i can hold it?

Example
3 minutes stretching preformed this way: 120 second stretch, 10 second break, 60 second stretch
And this done every hour until i reach 30 minutes of total stretching
