Ok, people, first timer here. If I had found out about all these PE places I would’ve arrived a lot sooner.

My question relies on girth, do the stretch and jelq also increase girth in a similar proportion to lenght?

Room to grow, man I got a lot of that!

Welcome to Thunder’s. The Newbie Routine (see my signature) is the best for new guys for girth and length. Do that for a couple months.

Technically (for most guys) stretching is for length and jelqing is for girth, but really they compliment each other very well. If you want to gain girth more easily, you will want to incorporate both stretching and jelqing, IMHO. Jelq more than you stretch, but you definitely want to stretch.

RTG is a good friend of mine, and he is telling you everything you’ll need to know for the first couple of months. Stretching “complements” (different spelling RTG—reference red text above) your girth exercises, like jelqing. It makes your penis pliable allowing it to expand more in length….and girth. A lot of newbies get tremendous gains just from using the newbie routine. Some go wrong by trying to add too much too quickly. An answer to that is “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.” If you are getting good gains with the newbie routine, stick with it till your gains wane.

See RTG, with your new name people can make cracks all day long. You never hear anyone saying, “I sure do have a lot of Ynarevith73!”

TRY Jelqing with higher volume of intensity, I mean with 75% erection

Lots.. Thank you for the advice, I’ll see how that works, seems that it will be much easier. At first it goes everywhere but then one gets the hang of it. The problem relies on time and the fact that after 35 to 50 jelqs one is all the way up there. We’ll see how that develops.
