Is it better to slow or fast release the PC muscle doing Kegels

I read on here recently that you should do 20-30 reps 15 seconds each and hold it tight. I’m pretty sure that’s it.

There must be at least 10 different variations in the way you can perform kegels. Just as in any exercise, the more variations you try, the stronger you get. So try everything you can think of plus whatever you pick up around here if you want peak BC conditioning. You can try rapid fire squeeze and release, hold for 5 seconds and release, hold for 20 seconds and release, or hold for as long as you can and release. Be creative. :)

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

A book I am reading about “Male Menopause” by a doctor suggests 10 to 15 second holds, 20 to 30 reps. And then do some quick ones too.

Gprent is pretty much on the money I think.
