Kegels

Wat is it? It says something about a muscle , n doesn’t tell how to do the routine, can someone tell me about this or even post a video

I would post a link to the “forum guidelines” but I always forget where it is am just to darn tired to look it up. Basically we don’t allow chat speak and the like. “Wat” becomes “What” and “n” becomes “and”. We also have my close personal friend the spell check in case you are a crappy typist or speller. This is an international forum and not using standard English makes it much tougher for the non native English speakers to understand.

I miss spelled “Kegel”, no joke.
