Kegels?

Kegels?

Do they make your penis bigger or do they just help with erections?

I just started and I already noticed having longer erections.


Not so average?

Doing kegels will strengthen your BC muscle which, in turn, increases blood flow when you get an erection. Gains from this are minimal if any. It looks bigger because there is more blood being pumped in.

Ya you want more blood flow- keeps it healthy, better recovery, bigger erections, etc.. I can’t help you with the clamping, I just started the newbie routine but if you use “search” I’m sure there are plenty of threads about it.

When I kegel, and start out flaccid the longer I kegel for I seem to start getting an erection. Does anyone have this problem? Is it normal?

It’s perfectly normal because you push blood in your penis when you kegel.

It’s a muscle your kegeling and it needs time to adapt/heal. So stick with a routine instead of increasing way too much. Start slowly and increase once a week or so, just so you won’t overtrain. I can do more kegels than I do now (50), but I’ll do +10 kegels a week. Or 5, or 2, or none. As long as you’re not going back.
