Kegels while penis stretching

I’ve been doing this, for example, on all the stretch exercises especially the ones when I stretch my penis to the left, right, up, down, to the front, the bundles, the stretch where I put my penis between my ass, ect.. Is it good to kegel and stretch at the same time. For example, for each kegel/ tug I count 1,2,3, ect.. Until I reach 30 then I do another stretching exercise. I do this at the beginning for 5 minutes, various stretching exercises as mentioned before. Thoughts?

Pretty sure that would be bad. Kegel tightens up your pelvic muscle… Why would you do that when you’re trying to stretch? You should do reverse kegels to keep the pelvic floor relaxed, to get a maximum stretch.

One thing that I was thinking is that when you do a long kegel while you are stretching your penis maybe you kinda focus on the tunica with it (it doesn’t let you stretch the ligs very well) besides it turns into a stronger kegel exercise.

DLD blasters is a nice kegel/stretch exercise, IMO.

You shouldn’t Kegel’s while stretching (although probably not dangerous) neither reverse Kegel’s (which are not a healthy thing, IMO).

I relly have not understood what the OP is saying there; looks more like a regular Kegel’ than a reverse Kegel’. I think what of most of people means with ‘reverse Kegel’s’ is pushing for urinate.

Op there admited doing a poor job explaining ^^ On the last 3-4 pages I tried to make it more plain..
Very difficult in detail as all muscles are somehow interconnected there and a mess having several people getting to general conclusions.

The Ischiacavernous muscle is engaged in this.
Kegel as most do is just tensing the whole pelvic floor. And reverse kegel as you say pushing the whole pelvic floor out(basicly stretching the floor).
Engaging the IC muscle is somewhat antagonistic to the BC muscle and thus also aiding in pushing urin. Doing the whole pelvic floor “reverse kegel” engages the IC too.
