Kegeling before a workout to maximise length?

Hi

There seems a to be a school thought that a strong PC muscle can impede length gains, along the lines of it overpowering the ligs when you perform a stretch. I know the importance of kegeling and wouldn’t cut them out but would it be better to perform them prior to routine?

I don’t see where it would harm anything to do your kegels earlier rather than later in the routine, if you think that you get a better stretch that way. The standard cautions apply about not overdoing your kegels, and be careful with the amount you are stretching, so as not to overdo either.
