'Kegel Wave' Jelqs?

So I’ve been messing around with my jelqs and kegels during my sessions and I wondered if anyone else has tried this or emphasized this to any degree:

-A Jelq of 4/5 second stroke length
-Approx 1/2 to 2/3 of the way through the stroke, Kegel sending a ‘wave’ of fresh blood that bumps into the grip and pushes it forward
-I find sitting down on the stool is better as it increases pressure.
-I can really feel the blood ‘push the grip forward’.
-I still use kegels before the stroke (when needed) to modulate erection level, but this is a little different…

Any thoughts on this subtle variation?

Could this flush the spongy tissue in a more effective way as part of each stroke cycle?
