I posted this thread over at Pegym last October, so I thought I would post it here.

Did the edging thing, as you may well know I combine PE and jerking off to save on time. Did 200 erect kegels, and about 100 erect jelqs. I use a very very lite grip doing erect jelqs. Because very lite grips improved EQ, gives you an extra boost in erect length. Don’t know if that would prove to be a dick grower. Had some success with erect jelqs back about a year or so ago.

So I did something different I combined erect jelqs with erect kegels to. So I guess you can I say I may have invented a really cool PE exercise. You position your thumb like your doing erect kegels on top of the penis at the base. Instead of wanking you form a very lite OK grip above the thumb. Then you slowly move the erect grip up the shaft. What I notice is a bit more hardness to the erection and a bit more length. Been doing this for a week. I think this is going to take me out of the PE doldrums.

Instructions:
Get fully erect.
Place the butt of the thumb against the vein on top of your penis at the base.
Begin to do PC/BC kegels.
At the same time form an ok grip above the thumb.
Slowly jelq towards the glans.
After about 50-100 of these erec t jelqs relax grip.
Stop the kegels.
Masturbate for a few minutes say 3-5 minutes.
Repeat a the erect kegels jelqs a few more times.

What you will notice
More pre cum
Larger fatter less sensitive penis.

Is it safe for newbies?


Now --> 6.125" BPEL x 5" EG

Goal --> 7" BPEL x 5.2" EG

Vaiable = this is an advanced exercise

This would not be good for newbies. You would need be pretty conditioned and also knowledgeable about how far you can take things.

Newbie routine is excellent — I got some very good gains from it.

Thanks kingpole. I’ll give that a try on my next workout.

I already try variations on this but Kingpole always comes with very precise technique descriptions and tried and tested methods so I will be incorporating this into my edging sessions.

Honestly, this is the way I have always performed jelqing. I have to agree with you as well King, that EQ is at an optimum and length gain occurs as well.

I’ve tried those jelqs. Very good. However, my hands get very tired after about 20. The amount of pressure that I need to put with the grip and jelq the 9 inches, takes a toll on my fingers. I am thinking about designing a device that can simulate the ok grip and electronically jelq.


Present: 8.75" BPEL, 9.25" BPSFL, 5.3" EG

Goal: 1' BPEL, 6.5" EG

It must take you a month to slide the grip up that monster. Try a very lite grip.

Been extending the duration of erect kegels and erect kegel jelqs past the three minute mark. It is invigorating.

They work, I’ve been doing them for some time now. Like he said you don’t know what you’re missing. Please make sure you’re adequately condition for this routine.

So big guy how do they feel when you do them? Do you do them as part of a edging routine or seperate from edging? How’s golf these days?

I feel a nice fatigue very similar to clamping. I do them right before bed and wake up with huge morning wood or an impressive flaccid.

I’ve only played once this year. I’ve been spending a lot of time with the fiancee doing things together.
