New here.-Keep upward curve?

New here.-Keep upward curve?

Hello, I’m new to this forum. 22 y/o BPEL around 6.8 in(lazy to properly measure), I would think a good goal is to get to 9. I’ve never done PE before and am exploring starting. One of my concerns is losing my natural upward curve. Any newbie routines and/or routines in general you could recommend that might preserve the curve, as I do not want to lose it?

Looking to do natural only, don’t want to buy any devices. Also would be looking for general advice and tips on injury prevention. I’m thinking to jelq on my workout days (3x weekly usually).

Hey Mateo!

Welcome to Thunders

. It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine (doesn’t have to be the JP) and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft . When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to do your exercise.

I’ve been at it for over ten years, including using devices, and still have my upward curve.

Don’t forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

PE safely and good luck with your endeavors .

Start 11/09 BPEL: 5.5", EG: 4.4"

Current. BPEL: 6:4", EG: 5.5"

I absolutely recommend you measure correctly or you will regret it. How else will you know your exact starting point and that which to measure your gains from. That aside, my upward banana curve is still there despite gaining over an inch.

With regards to measurement, my problem is not having good measuring equipment, I have a ruler that’s too short, two with weird measurements(one for like masonry and one that is metric like in mm, not even cm) and a hard wood one that isn’t good for measuring curves. Is it better to use a soft measuring tape, you would think?

For bone pressed length use a stiff ruler with the zero starting at the edge. Some rulers have a space from the edge to them zero line. If yours does also, just need to measure that space and add it into the measurement.

When measuring length, straighten your curve with your hand as best you can by pulling it to the ruler. If the curve is too severe for straightening, use a tailer tape to measure non bone pressed length along the curve and the ruler to measure the thickness of your fat pad, then add the two together for the bone pressed length.

Use a tailers tape (sewing tape) for measuring girth. Or a string.

Some good information can be found here:
How to Measure Your Penis

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

Yes, tailor tape is probably the best option as straightening on a ruler is painful. Thanks for the help.
