Just newbie routine
I am not so new at PE. On and off since last year probably, but now have been doing the newbie routine regularly for about 2 months (now 5 min warmup+quick kegel, 15 min stretching+30-sec hold kegel, again the warmup with kegel then proceed to 30 min jelq, finish off with warmup plus the kegel). I noticed the difference in volume and weight. I roughly measured it 5.5” length 4.1” circumference when I started. I haven’t measure it again. I am just wondering if anyone here who has been doing PE for a long time, like > 1 year, with just newbie routine, could gain like 1.5” in length and 1” in circumference ?
