Just newbie routine

I am not so new at PE. On and off since last year probably, but now have been doing the newbie routine regularly for about 2 months (now 5 min warmup+quick kegel, 15 min stretching+30-sec hold kegel, again the warmup with kegel then proceed to 30 min jelq, finish off with warmup plus the kegel). I noticed the difference in volume and weight. I roughly measured it 5.5” length 4.1” circumference when I started. I haven’t measure it again. I am just wondering if anyone here who has been doing PE for a long time, like > 1 year, with just newbie routine, could gain like 1.5” in length and 1” in circumference ?

It’s possible for some guys. Some people are lucky and just gain fast with any exercises. Other people stay with newbie routine for many years and achieve big gains slowly with many plateaus. Gaining 1.5” in length is more common than gaining 1.0” circumference, and both of those would be considered very good overall gain numbers.

I believe it’s definitely possible to see those gains if done for a year or more.


Current - 11 Mar 2013 - BPEL: 7.5in, EG: 5.7in, NBPEL 6.75in, FL 5in, FG 4.3in

Goal - BPEL 8.5in-9in, EG 6.5in
